How did you previously fat anons lose the weight?
I want to fix my life by becoming fit. I'm just under being obese I don't want to live this life anons.
Be broke
Got depressed in HS and couldn't even muster the will to eat, worked quite well lost 15Kg, now at 75 which is the normal for my height.
I started periodically fasting myself. Whenever I have a week with no hard tasks I stop eating, consume only water and vitamin suplements. When I have to eat, I start slowly with veggie soups, then go on to regular meals. I stopped drinking sweetened drinks and eating most sweet products. I substitute these with nuts, dried fruit and dark chocolate.
Went from 150kg blob to 130 in two months and still going lower.
Just eat less, exercise also helps.
i lose my apetite when i'm depressed so it's always easy for me to lose weight.
eliminate all carbs from your diet besides green vegetables. eat fat to satiate yourself and by fat i mean pure fat sources
yeah and also I'm pretty active physically. I don't use public transport, I work in my garden in freetime, I swim (or rather float) and such. The fat started getting in my way, so I decided to shed it.
Try intermediate fastening and only eat REAL food between 12-4. If you are diligent enough and not eat anything in the evening, the results will come fast. It can be hard for the first couple of weeks, but eventually the routine is established and you look forward to the first meal at 12pm. It just comes down to portions and real food. maybe buy small plates and bowls too that could help.
Whole plant foods :-)
My problem is sweet products I can't stop eating it. Did you immediately stop eating sugars or did you gradually stop?
Just stop fucking eating as much. You probably don't even realise you're eating more than a normal person. Also eat less bread.
What should I be eating in those times?
you can cold turkey on sugar. The cravings are insane during the first five days. Eat dried dates or raw vegan fruit bars, those are great. Also dark chocolate like I said. Get at least 60%, higher cocoa content is a bit too bitter for the start.
Sugar addiction is nasty, good luck!
Skip the cocoa butter and have cocoa powder blended with dates/properly ripe bananas (preferable frozen), maybe some flax, berries good too
user you're telling OP to quit his sugar addiction cold turkey by eating sugary foods. that isn't going to work. the keto induction fever sucks but you must stop consuming sugar to lose weight. replace sugar with fat and it will satiate you.
>Just stop fucking eating as much. You probably don't even realise you're eating more than a normal person. Also eat less bread.
yes exactly stop eating shit that causes blood sugar spikes, which is anything that is mostly carbs. meat, vegetables, water, unsweetened tea and coffee, low alcohol consumption. and no fried chicken or shit like that just pure meat untainted with carbs.
I've lost weight by accident eating whole food "nice cream" every day :-)
so you choose to abuse your pancreas instead of showing self-control by reducing your sugar intake. the fruits we have today are not the same ones our ancestors ate. they have been bred to be larger and thus more sugary.
Stop telling OP to eat less. He needs to eat differently. Binge cravings lessen when your food has nutrients. I maimtain a sub-20 BMI while eating a greater volume of food than any fattt I know. It's just that it's whole plant foods so most of it is water.
Chia and flax slow it way down. I've tested it.
fuck off meppz lmAo
Anxiety and depressing do the trick quite well. Alternatively just starve yourself, it's not like you're actually going to die.
Your body should eventually balance, but patience is the key, you won't stop being fat in just a week but give it a month or two and you may see improvements.
