10 year NEET here, let me save you younger guys lots of time and give you the lowdown:
>Life is pointless and you'll never feel like you're "doing it right", if you're not a normie now you never will be so you have to come to terms with that and look realistically at your options: Leech off someone else your whole life, kill yourself, get a job that makes you want to kill yourself >Once you've got that out of the way there's the problem of time, if you were gonna be good at anything it would've happened by now so give up on trying to improve yourself or change your future and give in to your vices and hobbies. Spend all your time doing the things you enjoy and don't ever feel guilty about it because that's all you can do with your pathetic existence >Unless you want to go gay or get with an absolutely awful woman then you're gonna be alone for your whole life, you'll never get the cute little virginal bookworm you want so give up on that fantasy right now >You're gonna spend your 20's doubting and second guessing yourself a lot, just stick to what I say and when in doubt assume the worst of everything and everyone and life will be as easy as it possibly can be for you
Your top 3 concerns in order of most important to least important should be: Keeping a provider/job, avoiding obesity/alcoholism/drug addiction, avoiding other people as much as possible. You're a castoff, a production error, a freak. You're not normal and you never will be and if you want to make it through life you have to live differently from everyone else. It sucks and I'm sorry but that's the facts of life and you can either take my word for it or come back in your late 20's and say "wish I'd listened to that guy and saved myself years of suffering".
Stopped reading right there. That is no where near long enough for you to give advice, Fuck off loser.
t. 22 years strong.
Jeremiah Smith
And what's your advice you manchild
Hunter Hall
Kill yourself early on or suffer in silence.
Juan Parker
Non-NEET here, here's a better lowdown:
>life is pointless, but most people don't notice or care unless they're depressed >if you do literally anything for long enough you'll improve at it. some things have a long period at the start where there are no rewards, other things are fun from day 1. you'll be happier in 10 years if you choose the things that start off shit and become fun. >you don't have to be alone. worst-case scenario is making weird autistic friends, buying a dog for the feeling of being touched, and fapping on the internet. >you're going to spend your 20's going through a series of identity crises just like everyone else in a developed country >the world is made up of more than just normies and Jow Forums, you'll be happier if you find other weirdos who are less bitter than Jow Forums
Alexander Butler
Did you even bother reading my post. I specifically said the normie outlook on life doesn't apply to NEETs, it doesn't help them at all. Your optimistic platitudes aren't helping anyone, you're just virtue signalling and trying to appease your own guilty conscience.
Nicholas Parker
youre a weak faggot and your own worst enemy if you think that user's advice is shit or unapplicable to literally everyone here. get a fucking job you lazy shitstain
Connor Harris
Abloo bloo bloo
Cry more you pathetic normie, I've had thousands of you whiny little cunts lecture me over the years and it hasn't made me change a single thing. You can't handle the fact that some people are happier living life in a way you consider failure.
Jeremiah Price
>I specifically said the normie outlook on life doesn't apply to NEETs, it doesn't help them at all. You said that, but it was wrong, so I contradicted it. Just because you're not normal and you're incapable of being normal, doesn't mean you have to be miserable or beat yourself up about it.
Adrian James
what are you gonna do when your parents either get sick of your shit or die? this is why i'm never having kids because if i was a father and a piece of shit like you came tumbling out of the womb to land directly on it's head i wouldn't leave by principle but god fucking damn i'd be hardpressed to not resent it and kick it to the curb the second it comes of age
Jackson Phillips
I think a lot of younger robots know this already, just a matter of coming to terms with it. I used to think if I worked out, started reading instead of playing vidya and go outside more readily I would "make it". But in the end all it did for me was show me that even if I feel better and more confident about my body, I will never get over my health anxiety. No matter how many philosophers and historians I read my cynic worldview. And going outside just makes me realize just how much I don't fit in to society.
Ethan Green
>Spend all your time doing the things you enjoy and don't ever feel guilty about it because that's all you can do with your pathetic existence You can't control emotion like this, so this ''''''advice'''''' is worthless. It takes a decade+ of isolation and self-delusion to convince yourself that you have nothing to feel guilty about, and even then the shame is rarely truly gone.
Samuel Sullivan
>Just because you're not normal and you're incapable of being normal, doesn't mean you have to be miserable or beat yourself up about it. No, you misunderstand. The normie way of life is worse for a NEET than the alternative. You don't understand because you're not like us and you never will be, it's that simple. Stop giving advice to people on things you know nothing about.
>what are you gonna do when your parents either get sick of your shit or die? I live with my cousin, he's slightly less autistic than me so he can hold down a job but he's shit with women and has no friends so he lets me stay as long as I can keep the house in order and keep him company. This is what I mean when I say in the OP "find someone to leech off". I'm even in his will so if he dies I get his sizeable savings and if he gets sick of me (unlikely) I'll just go live with another relative. The NEET life is lived week to week, worrying about the future is a normie problem. When life gets too unbearable I'll just kill myself.
>this is why i'm never having kids because if i was a father and a piece of shit like you came tumbling out of the womb to land directly on it's head i wouldn't leave by principle but god fucking damn i'd be hardpressed to not resent it and kick it to the curb the second it comes of age This is exactly why you SHOULDN'T have kids you selfish fuck. How fucking dare you bring a child into the world then throw a tantrum and abandon it when it doesn't do exactly what you want it to. The world is full of pieces of shit like you. If you have a child you're taking on a responsibility for life, not just for as long as feel like it. You're the waste of skin, not me.
Gabriel Brown
you missed the most fucking important aspect in getting a fucking job so you arent instantly identified as a weak non-member of society
Austin Young
hope your cousin finds a girl, kicks you out and no one will take you in so you can learn to grow up fast on the streets or die on the streets
Connor Martinez
Cry more faggot, I'm living the comfy NEET life and not by your stupid rules. Enjoy wage slavery you bitter fuck.
John Long
i have a pretty easy job, sat on my ass 6 hours a day and earn more than enough to live comfortably and enjoy my hobbies. i earned this by dealing with 3 years of a shit wagecucking job. thats all it takes, 3 fucking years of hard work you lazy cunt.
Ethan Sanchez
>No, you misunderstand. The normie way of life is worse for a NEET than the alternative. Not disagreeing with you here, just telling you that you don't have to be miserable if you're a NEET.
>You don't understand because you're not like us and you never will be, it's that simple. I have spent the past three days in bed pissing in bottles, not for medical reasons but because I don't want to get up, and I'm starting to develop bed sores. 1v1 me you fucking casual.
>Stop giving advice to people on things you know nothing about. Stop being a sad sack. Life's okay, you don't have to be a normie. Find something you like doing that isn't negative and then do it.
Luke Jackson
Welfare and section 8 housing. An EBT card. Medicaid.
Evan Stewart
Translation: Forced to go somewhere you'd rather not be 6 hours a day, 5 days a week. This is your reward for 3 years of pure torture working for money that barely clothed and fed you.
I've never worked a day in my life, never gone without food, clothing or shelter and I still get to enjoy my hobbies and buy shit I want with the money I earn taking care of the house.
Hudson Bell
good luck getting any of those when the only thing you can say in response to why you need it is "u-uh autism" and cant prove that youve ever worked or have any desire to work to make sure you ween off of mommy samantha's tit
>living off of pocket allowance like an 8 year old
Mason Wright
>working for pocket allowance for the jews like a good goy
Sebastian Bennett
>earning 70k a year to write a couple of bullshit documents 5 days a week is pocket allowance
Aiden Sullivan
No amount of money is worth having to interact with human beings all day and having 80% of my life spent doing shit I don't wanna do.
And stop lying about your salary on the internet.
Xavier Allen
>Kill yourself early on or suffer in silence
is that the real advice? if so thanks for being so honest. nothing more gross than a miserable old person
Michael Martin
>not earning 300k starting salary as a mathematics phd with a footlong cock
