Most of the shitty behaviour that we commonly observe is a direct product of shitty parenting.
I grew up in a third world country where the teacher was allowed to beat you. If you did something bad, you got beat. That's not all. The teacher would tell your parent, and then when you got home, you got beat again. So in fact, most of my third world classmates were really well behaved actually. And 90% of the beatings came from the boys fighting or wrestling each other. I didn't know any annoying kids until moving to America. Some kids were weird, definitely. But they weren't little shits like you find in the US.
Bring back corporal punishment and treat kids like little humans instead of toys.
Adoption is alright, if teaching is your calling. You can basically train your own disciples.

In most western countries you cannot adopt Children when you are single and/ or without stable and good income.
You can avoid that by adopting for money abroad in a third world country, but when you have the money for that, why not just pay a woman there to carry your child to term (surrogate mother), and then bring it over?
