My main folders are: Azur Lane, Evangelion, Fate Series, Idolmaster, Kantai Collection, Love Live, Miscellaneous (for characters from shows that don't have massive amounts of characters and art for them), Girls Und Panzer, and Touhou
Nowadays I get the bulk of my material from danbooru, but I used to browse /e/ and /c/ a lot

I've got a laptop and probably 70% of its harddrive space (650gb iirc) is being used by pornographic material. My content downloaded to fapped ratio is probably 1000:1 or higher. I have so many images that, even if I put them all in a slideshow and set it to 1 image per second, it would probably take 48 hours of constant masturbation to "fap" to all of them. And that's not counting videos or lewd voice recordings. I don't even want to think of how long it would take to masturbate to all of that. I downloaded Hydrus in an effort to sort all of this fucking porn but I would probably need to hire a team of 10 monkeys to get everything tagged in anything resembling a reasonable timeframe.

I realized how hard it was going to be to find a specific image I wanted after I had started my collection and reached about 100 images so ever since then I've carefully labeled every folder and put all the images in the correct places meticulously adding new folders with more detailed description as I go. One I started using danbooru it made it a lot easier since it automatically includes that character name, series name, and artist name in the filename.

Me. I've got a pretty big folder, mostly saved from sankaku/danbooru/gelbooru, I bet there are a ton of duplicates. I'm now working in a script that will allow me to name them with their md5 hash, weed out the duplicates and sample files.
I spend probably 3 hours a day just browsing the boorus looking for new artists to save.

I usually just keep them as is and put them in files. Danbooru just made it convenient for me by automatically putting the name in for me.

I do the same thing, it's really fun but at the same time kind of pointless since I will most likely never see a lot of those images ever again since they'll be deep in my collection.

I have roughly 570gb worth of hentai images. the vast majority of these are of doujinshi and not stand alone hentai images. I have a different drive with hentai video on it but its pretty small.
I do have a folder of non doujinshi images and it contains over 85k of images all sorted by fetish. It should be noted this folder is mostly made up of hentai characters that are unknown to me. I have a separate folder with images sorted by anime series but there are also related doujinshi in those folders so I could only guess at this point.
Been collecting since about 2000 and yes I do have it all backed up.
