Deadlifts really don't help build figure.
Squats only help if you're skellylegs. Since my shoulder was busted years ago, I can't do them at all anymore, but I used the leg press machine (the only one that doesn't rely on any shoulder movement or stabilization) to the point I went t-rex mode without even noticing. Despite doing no leg exercise in all that time, and plenty of other exercises, my legs are still way too big compared to everything else.
Pull ups are good.
Dips are mediocre at best.
I physically can't do OHP because of the same. But OHPs are well-reputed to build figure as well.
Overall, 1/10, garbage routine.
Not even mentioning the fact that it's all about the face and a workout won't change your face.

I have serious shoulder mobility problems as well, had to get surgery due to instability. If you want to do OHP try using the machine and gripping the vertical/forward facing bars, the ones that come down either side of your neck, that way your shoulder is rotated nice and comfy inside the socket. Gotta disagree with you on the deadlifts though mate my neck and shoulders are killer all thanks to them.
Deadlifts don't do shit to shoulders and neck. They work the legs and lower back.

Protein and creatine is not going to let you see any benefits in less than 2 months and will net you minimal gains for the next 5 years, whereas it takes a single cycle of roids (consistent with seeing results within 2 weeks) to get noticeably big.
You're supposed to strength train before you bulk. Your body sees no need to increase muscle volume when you can't even lift one pl8. Your nervous system need to adapt before you'll put on muscle.

Sure, you don't even need creatine to see measurable results in 2 weeks. They're not muscle gains, they're neural adaptation. After that period you start getting real mass increase (which are extremely slow but noticeable over trimester periods).
But strength increase is not consistent with at-rest mass increase and it takes quite a large strength increase to get noticeable flex mass increase at all.
And since the topic at hand is figure, therefore at-rest mass increase, you're grasping at the tiniest straws in the world.

The goal post was two months, as I said in my original post.
Bulk for two months and see the difference with calipers. Now cut the fat and you will see the results for sure, with your own eyes.
Also, if you're that impatient that two weeks is a make and break, you're really just fucking lazy. Building muscle takes time just like losing fat mass right takes time. Seriously, two weeks? You're fucking delusional, even on roids.
