How the fuck do I get rid of my acne? I'm almost 30 now and it's still the same as with 12 when it started.
I get huge cysts on my face, breast and back. Went on Accutane twice, stopped acne for a month and gave me terrible depression and now I have IBS and still have acne. I'm smearing BP in my face every fucking day, because that way I only get like 2-3 huge ones a week instead of 10+. This shit destroyed my teenage years and it will continue to destroy my life even into my 30's.
unironically 25mg of spironolactone (may give you slight gyno)
Connor Cook
I'd start with proactive and if that doesn't work take accutane
I heard it is quite bad for you but it works without fail, proactive might not work at all
Henry Price
you got ibs from it? that's rough
Kevin Rivera
It's also on my back and chest though. So it's obviously not from anything I do to my face.
Dude, I don't wanna get limp dick as well.

Bruh go to a dermatologist and get some antibiotics. I don't recommend accurate since it can trigger hair loss
Levi Jackson
Why are you guys recommending Accutane when I said I already took two courses, it didn't work and had terrible permanent side effects?
Isaiah Davis
They don't read. They see the pic, glance over the text and spot "acne", and then write an answer.
Nolan King
Ooops
Yes, I am of course as my name suggest also genetic trash.
Jason Hill
Go vegan and drink only water and tea. It's your only hope.

I also have had severe cystic acne ever since I was a teenager. My solution has been to stay on a low dose of Isotretnoin (accutane as you call it).
I took two courses of accutane and it didn't go away, so on my last course I skipped the last month and saved the pills instead so I could take 80-120mg a month. I've been totally free of my acne on just that small a dose (after clearing it up with the full course obviously).

25mg is nothing, i'd research it in forums and see dude's experiences if i were you but it's an option
Charles Murphy
keep bp twice a day on the face and get another oral treatment like tetracycline based, zinc supplements can help (but not much for you I'm afraid). See a dermatologist and look into laser treatment too

Accutane. Had acne for 6 years. Started accutane, and after 6 months of dry lips, my face was clear.

>eat less added sugar >eat more fruits and vegetables >get enough omega 3 from fish >exercise more
Connor Diaz
what worked for me was washing less and eating whole plant foods with polyunsaturated fat ratios in check
Nathan Evans
skip the toxic fish, get algae, flax, chia, hemp, and a little walnut, and also eat your greens
Zachary Howard

Do a strict elimination diet. Eat chicken and broccoli for a month. It might be expensive to get enough calories but do it anyway. No supplements, no seasoning, no drinks besides water, no fucking cheat days. If it clears up after that, start re-introducing things 1 at a time. If you can eat it for a week with no flare-ups, it's fine to permanently reintroduce it to your diet. You could have an intolerance to literally anything. For me it turned out to be citrus fruit and tomatoes. I can eat whatever I want but if I eat a tomato I get massive jawline cysts in the next few days.

Isn't this one of the girl skittles?

I was acne free until some weeks ago I now have a 7cm long cyst on the right side of my face. Wtf did I do wrong and how the fuck do i get rid of it?
Julian Perry
You ate like a normie.
Jason Martinez
also, i heard hydrogen peroxide cream works gonna have to order it offline can't be bothered because at this point so much damage has been done to my face that the effort to put into try to get it to stop is just too much a pain in my ass

Buy canned mackerel. It's a good source of omega 3, provides a little protein as well and has low amount of mercury. I eat four cans a week for 22g omega 3 (15.4g EPA+DHA). I considered algae capsules but they would cost 10x as much for the same amount of omega 3 ($7.50 vs $75 a week). Other vegetable sources of that you mentioned contain ALA which has a very poor conversion rate to EPA and DHA which are the fatty acids you need.
Jeremiah Edwards
>ALS in a can
Joshua Ramirez
I eat at least a quarter cup a day of chia and/or flax, so no problem with conversion rate :-)
