About how many times in a year do you get a haircut?

Do you cut it yourself, or have a friend/family member do it, or do you go to a barber, or a salon?

If you pay for your haircuts, how much does it cost?

I go to a local barber. He gives me a haircut and beard trim for $17.

I shave my head every 3 days because im bald lol

Haven't since 2015 and it was already long then. It won't be too much longer before it's at maximum length like a Sikh man's. It doesn't wear much because I don't wash it often. Looks fine when I go out because it's in a bun.

Every 2-3 months, my neighbours run a salon from home so I just walk nextdoor.

Pretty comfy especially because mumzy pays for me and she usually schedules her cut and style for the same day so she keeps the neighbours distracted from talking to me too much.

I do a 2 or a 3 all over by myself. I don't really care how it looks, its not like I go outside anyway.

$30 after tip once every 2-3 months depending on how lazy I am. If my thinning gets worse over the years I'll probably just buzz it all with a #2 guard.

$40 seems pretty expensive desu

If you have long hair, it's pretty easy to just cut it to shoulder length all around (no layers) with scissors and mirrors.

If you want it short, it's easy to cut it all to literally one length with clippers.

In between those two points it gets trickier.
