Nigga why didn't you just keep it and learn to wrench on it? If it was given to you then you are already at no cost. A headgasket job is dirt cheap to do yourself, it just requires time, which is why you get fucked at mechanics because of labor cost.

You realize Saabs are known for being expensive and difficult to properly fix, let alone just unreliable in general. Most Saab owners have to go to mechanics who specialize in Saabs/volvos and other euros to get good work done.

As I recall it's something to do with the engines being installed in reverse but I'e never worked on one before.

I realize they're difficult but it would still be worth attempting yourself. I was a mechanic in training for a while so I've got a few extra skills and I've done shit like replacing seals on transmissions and rocker covers.

Just saying, if the car was free, what's to lose on giving DIY a go? Saab's are beautiful cars that are worth saving.

The ride is super comfy as are the seats. I'm not much of a hectic corners guy, I'm more for comfort. How's the Abarth comfort wise? I hear they go round corners really nice.

comfort is awful lol. a single bump and I feel my spine wanting to give in. Around corners it's much better than you would expect. it sticks and the body roll is barely there. The biggest advantage is the short wheelbase and the low weight. it allows to me attack corners by braking much later before the turn.

Black and white is the worst color scheme. That's the one douggie reviewed.

Jesus christ I just want to murder everyone who rices the Civics. I had one too and I did EVERYTHING to keep it stock and in fact to return it to stock after the previous owner riced it. And guess what, people want stock cars so I sold it at a really decent price.

It's more rare than I'd like, but once in awhile when I go to local roads that are well known for being fun, there will be someone else there, and you just sort of know it's fucking on. Usually it's quite late, like between 1-3am. Sometimes, at the end one person goes left and the other goes right, and in that moment you look over and are like 'sup and it's not gay at ALL.
I enjoy that, too, but I'm always a little concerned about having a mechanical failure or a bad flat while I'm out. With a car it's easy enough to get a tow. With a bike you're kinda fucked.
