And you ? originalino

Shit that hit close to home
My mum is so kind and lovely, she has given everything to my little brother and me. And here I am, a total failure at life. And she wishes to have grandchildren one day. It breaks my fucking heart. I hope my lil bro doesnt go down the same road that I did.

Instead of crying, do something. Why don't you? Why don't you come back tomorrow college? Make her proud. She won't live for long. Do this while she's still alive

>Would rather self loathe than to try and change
Go away.

For all intents and purposes, my father abandoned my mother. She's almost 60 as well, and she still cooks almost everyday. On her days off, she cleans the home. She has a bunch of terrible children, too. In all that I do, I make I do my best for her. I help her with money when I can. You need to clean up your act, OP. I did very well in undergraduate, went to professional school (won't specify), and though I have just entered my field and am not making much money, I will be in a short period of time. At which point, she will be handsomely rewarded for her life-long expressions of love and care.

She treated you like a human pet. Feeding you and not tending too your human need for guidance in this world. Probably addicted to the feeling of being indispensable despite the destructive effects that might have. Wants people to trample her so that she can later use this as a means of control against them.

What kind of life skills did she teach you? Did she care at all about you getting them?

Stop blaming everyone else for your issues, you snowflake.

Not OP but im in a rather similar situation
im 18rn and im well aware that it'll probably take me 6-7years before some actual real money shows up, atleast in my line of work
i dont know if in 6-7 years all this hard work will matter and im able to give her comfort since she's not young anymore and would likely have health issues

i'll still try though

Are you saying that it's not the duty of your parents to equip you with basic life skills? Failing to do so reeks of intentional crippling of your children for your personal benefit.

Doesn't mean you can't fix yourself

I agree, my parents fed me and kept me placated but didnt even allow me to leave the house as a child. Was taught nothing except religion. I am useless now obviously except for menial unskilled work.

Fuck shitty parents. You deserve to die in pain if you dont bother to allow your children to learn when they are in the prime age of learning (funny fact my dad thinks people should start learning how to socialise at 18 instead of 5)

Heh, about the same here, except she just hit her 60th.
In the end it's also her choice.
Then again, I help with household chores and with anything by letter.
And it's not like she is dirtpoor, she can quit her job and live off her insurance for a while.
I don't want to reflect about it too much. When my father was still there she more or less used me as a tool to go against him.

When she is too old to work or decides she cannot go on, I am sure my sister will have finished her college by then and have a well paid job.

Is this one of the reasons you want to kys?

Among many others, surely.
I am just realistic, I won't be able to support her in any way more than I have been doing in the recent years.

And the only reason that I haven't done it in 2015, when I had everything prepared was my mother and sister popping up into my mind.
But the burden of my death is unavoidable, they will have to live with it.
That's a small concern though as long as the have an otherwise stable life with stable financial situation.

She refused you the most important thing which is a father figure.

Single mother are trash, you wiuld have turned better in an orphanage

Except if your father doesn't play the father figure.

It made no difference to be honest. I didn't speak much with my father at all. Only exchanges of few words if anyone needed anything from the other.

But do not want to change?
Change, buddy

A-bloo-bloo-bloo, daddy MADE me a loser, a-bloo.
Stop sucking your thumb and go change. People do it everyday

>single mother
>r9k browsing loser son
Like clockwork

>W-we are all faliures hey..high five, fuck the normies, a-am i right?
>Yeah h-ha
