if you're at a party or a club full of people you don't know you either go up to people you want to fuck and talk to them about probable mutual shared interests, brag about your life in an attempt to impress them, or try to flirt with them.
if it's just a person you think looks cool and someone you want to be friends with you try not to flirt with them.
it requires some fucking sort of social finesse though that no normie can explain
dancing is just wiggling your body to the music and getting into the music but also if you're dancing with someone it's some sort of fucking interaction.
if you want to start dancing figure out what kind of music you really like what makes you want to move around in any shape or form and then go to public gatherings where they play that music and then just move how it makes you feel.

You can start a convo with a girl easily, just talk about the music thats playing and ask what type she's into.
If the party is boring or w/e you can make jokes about it being dull.
Just gotta try something, spill spagetti until eventually you get the hang of it. Best part is you never have to see most of these people again so no shame in failing.

our conscious brains shouldn't be what we use to talk but for some reason ours grew up doing that and never learned to just do it passively
getting drunk definitely loosens you up and you just talk about shit without really thinking about it

it's not like you CAN'T control yourself but part of the fun of being drunk/high is to enjoy the headspace it puts you in
sure you can act sober and focus on doing stuff and unless you're high on some drug or REALLY drunk you'll be able to pretty much be in a sober headspace
