About 10 years ago when the supp craze took off for me, I tried a bunch of shit, and it fucked me royally.

biotin and saw palmetto only reverse hairloss if you do nofap.
I took them for months. My hairloss stopped but didn't reverse until I stopped fapping/cumming. Even then it took 3 months to see good results.
My hairline has restored completely, though.
Expecting supplements to work without doing nofap is like expecting to drive a car with a hole in the gas tank. If you fap, all your supplements go straight into the effort of restoring your lost semen.

I do live in Scotland and only started taking vitamin D in January, literally changed my entire life, the shit should be fucking mandatory here but no one tells you about it.

How much sunlight do you usually get a day and how much Vitamin D are you taking?
I should start taking it again. It's warm and sunny lately here but I spend too much time indoors.

I've heard that l-citrulline is better than l-arginine due to the fact that most of the arginine is broken down by the body when taken, while l-citrulline breaks down into l-arginine, thereby giving better gains.
