a lot of work but i use a mounted leather wrist roller and kinda pivot my neck to lift the weight while biting on it

loosened a few of my teeth but other than that its great

Posture is severely underrated. I had trouble reconciling my fairly accurate face measurements with what I saw in the mirror, until I realized I was consistently pointing my head down which in turn makes the upper third look huge and creates a recessed look.

Looks much better already, but you should do a true profile shot and not one where you twist your head. You do lack forward growth of the upper and middle thirds but your lower is fine, albeit you have a somewhat short ramus.

Note that it is also total body posture and not just head posture. misalignment of shoulders and traps for example will also influence your submental and facial projection. For example, try to find a picture of yourself as a kid. Your basic facial proportions do not actually change very much throughout life, what does is your posture as you grow older and degenerate.

You have the same bad forward tilted posture which makes your upper third larger and exacerbates profile convexity. I have the same thing, I could not reconcile how my upper third looked so huge, despite it being 60 +-3mm while my lower third is 80 +-2mm, turns out I was looking down all the time. Had the same thing with my zygos which were overpowered by my cranium.

Mew. It is only just fixing your default mouth posture. If you're a mouth breather, getting in the habit of using your nose more will reduce you chances of illnesses.

Note that this also improves function and health as it improves breathing and greatly alleviates fatigue. Picking up weightlifting was what really helped me, learning to do a full snatch was the important step as it's literally the one lift that is impossible to do with poor posture and requires great body awareness and coordination.

Try measuring your lower third height (subnasale-menton) while looking down and then again with correct posture. I can guarantee that it will deviate by 10mm or more.
