Who are some aesthetic drug free manlets that short guys can look to emulate?? Im 5ft 6 and ofc most bodybuilders or fitness models are way taller so their proportions are way different than i could acheive.
Im currently 157lbs at about 15% bf, bulked from 135lbs in december.
But what if its 235 lbs of muscle? like Brad Castlebury
Liam Turner
235lbs at that height is a hell of a heart stress regardless of composition. Add in the drugs needed to be lean at that weight, well, I wouldn't want to be your cardiologist.
Easton Jones
Okay maybe you're right, what about 215?
Isaiah Jones
Franco Columbu was incredible
Aaron Cook
180lbs and it’s still over the recommended weight for your height but it’s manageable. At 235 you’re a walking mini-fridge and your heart will snap sooner or later.
Brody Brooks
Does it depend on your frame? I was 180 before and I'm 195 now, I definitely feel slower but my lifts have been going up.
Maybe I should stop @ 205

No, the frame doesn’t matter. At that height and weight, if you are natural you are fat. So steroids or not, you are weakening your heart regardless. You do you if this is what you like but don’t be surprised in a few years when issues start creeping up.
Charles Nelson
It does, but not to that extent.
A reasonably good guide (at least for those of us who don't do anything athletic, just lift weights) is what decent level strength competitors weigh at a similar height. You don't see 5'6 guys competing in the 231 class. 181 or so is considered the top end for them, maybe 198 if they're as wide as they are tall, realistically that's more like 165 for a lot of people at that height.

Just do your best user, as much as I meme about manlets I obviously respect the ones who put work into their body
Jackson Adams
My fellow manlets, who are some great 5'6 Powerlifters in the lower and bigger weight divisions? I need some inspiration on my way to hitting 1/2/3/4
James Sullivan
Fuck. I’m mirin here user. What’s your routine like?
