The first claim Odin eats semen from dead bodies hung at the gallows. He makes this conclusion from two pieces of information

There is absolutely no evidence that Odin ate the semen, or the mandrake roots. Odin goes to the gallows because he's a psychopomp who leads the dead along their journey to the next life, it has nothing to do with their semen. The semen-mandrake root connection came about over a thousand years after Odin stopped being worshiped in Germany (assuming he was AT ALL because Odin/Wotan/Wodan/Wotanaz's role everywhere outside of Scandinavia is VERY murky at best). Greenberg is finally assuming that there is ANY connection to this at all; Easter Eggs as a practice have nothing to do with Eostre despite Easter being a Pagan holiday (Easter Eggs are actually a Near-Eastern Christian practice that come from Afro-Asiatic pagan traditions).
The second point he uses is that Odin could, presumably, turn himself into a woman, and that he could, presumably, fuck men whilst a woman.
This is shoddy thinking because, for one, there's no evidence of Odin turning himself into a woman, so there can't actually be evidence of Odin fucking men while a woman. Ergo, the whole idea of "turning himself into a woman and then fucking men whilst a woman weakens Odin" isn't actually supported at all by any actual texts. Greenberg's whole idea that this happens is because he's comparing Scandinavian Paganism, Continental Germanic Paganism, and East Siberian Shamanism and making broad (and very retarded) strokes between the three.
I don't know why this caught on, because the entire text it comes from is by a Jew ranting about how the Christian opposition to homsoexuality is bad.
