i went from 210 to 190 by drinking water and occasional milk and alcohol. soda and other sugar drinks like sweet tea are cancer.

Weight loss takes time and if you are feeling ripped off then actually start weighing yourself once a week and document the calories you take in vs the estimated amount of calories that you burn. This will make sure that you are actually burning more calories than you are consuming and that those "protein" bars aren't actually doing more harm than good.

Guess I should say my clothes are loose on me now, but when I'm naked I look just as fat. It's so disgusting. I went into a pool in front of a bunch of normies today and I wanted to kill myself.

I don't drink any of that. Tea, coffee, I do drink a lot of chai which I add honey and milk to but it can't be more than 40 calories a mug, and one energy drink a day, and water. Only drink alcohol once a week and I have straight hard liquor, about 2-4 shots worth. I almost never go out to eat.
The protein bars only have 200-300 calories each, depending on brand. I mean, it's been two months. Am I just losing weight so slowly that I can't notice it? I don't know if I even can cut more calories.

Excersise, because if you manage to lose the weight on what you are doing now, you will immediately gain it back afterwards so excersise

either do IF, OMAD, of straight on fasting. The whole reason you're not losing weight is because you're just teasing your body with calories.

Skipping meals does not help you lose weight, It slows down your metabolism. Eat a handful of plain almonds between breakfest/lunch and lunch/dinner.
Protein bars are trash. Eat real meals with real food, not that fake shit.

You actually don't burn many calories from exercise. It will make you look better though.

Depends on what kind of exercise. You can burn anywhere from 1,000-2,000 calories in a martial arts class depending on how long it is. A couple classes a week is all it takes.
