Got my blood work done and my testosterone is sitting at a cool 922ng/dL.
My routine:
>lifting 45-60min 5/week
>martial arts 90min 3/week
>run 5km 2/week
>High fat, high protein, low carb
>20y/o white male

Nice test levels. I do high fat, mod protein, low carb so basically keto.
I’ve also been throwing a lot of raw food into my diet recently, 4 raw egg yolks from chad pasture raised hens per day, 50-100g roe per day, 100g raw liver per day (or 1lb per week), and a cup of raw milk or however much to hit my carb macro. All from my farmer friend 30 mins outside the city, except for the roe.
Hella rare micronutrients and forms of micronutrients in all of these, at least half of which you can’t supplement.
Since implementing these dietary changes including keto (switched from standard bb chicken+broc+rice) my test has gone from about 620-680 ng/dl baseline range to borderline supraphysiological at 1102 ng/dl.
Jesus Christ! You saw that big of an improvement purely through diet?
Man I wish I lived near a farmer-friend
I want to try that raw milk out
No other lifestyle changes to speak of.
I attribute the jump to both keto and raw foods although no idea on the standalone contribution of each. Keto is anti-catabolic and you get a nice bump in test and gh when on it, and on the other hand the micros in the foods i listed above are incredibly beneficial. For example raw milk has immune factors and raw liver is probably the most micro-dense food on earth. It even has a still un-isolated stamina factor in it (westonaprice.org
I think diet is the most important thing when it comes to raising test, since overall health is the biggest contributing factor. Give your body what it needs and it will perform like it was made to.
Keep in mind testosterone has been decreasing intergenerationally likely due to the shit, nutritionally sterile food we eat along with all the plastics/xenoestrogens/endocrine disruptors we are increasingly exposed to. Not unrealistic to say that we can increase our own test by rejecting all of the above.

Here you go friend. You can hopefully find some near you without having a farmer friend ;)
Bonus to a lot of these places is that they also sell organic, pasture raised eggs, meat, animal organs, butter. Definitely be on the lookout for good eggs, they are a treasure. You know they’re good when the yolk is a deep orange color. Will be nutritious as fuck from the hens eating bugs rather than grain
Do you always stay in ketosis with drinking the milk?
Also how do you find getting raw liver down?
Yeah. I only drink enough to reach my alotted 20-50g. Most days i will try to keep a strict 20g of carbs per day though, but a cup of milk will usually fit in no problem.
So with the liver, I freeze for 14 days to kill off most pathogens. If you’re getting organic, grass-fed liver like I am this probably isn’t even necessary, but an inexpensive precaution nonetheless. Since I already have it frozen it’s easy to slice off/dice small chunks and then take them down with water. I have chewed sometimes and it’s gross still, but not as bad due to the cold dampening the taste.
>downing raw liver
>what have we become.
high test baby
based, hehehe
Kek
>intensive training several times a day
>low carb
>high test
Nice try, but 0/10.
Everyone’s biology is different friendo. OP is a white guy and Europeans tend to do very well on low-carb/keto due to our unique evolutionary biology.
Also pretty much scientifically established that low-carb/high-fat is good for test levels.
Dug up one study to the point but unfortunately I am on my phone so don’t feel like doing more lol.
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
My last result was 340ng/dL, doctor said it is in normal range. I feel it is kinda low, i am only 22years old. BF% about 22% also.
Any chance I can get to atleast twice my number without TRT ?
That's half the average level for your age friend
how often do you masturbate?
At the moment I average once every 3-4 days but I'm in the middle of trying to reduce that to once a week
>high fat
what types of fat tho?
why would you want to be high test ? that's a problem rather than a plus
my both brothers and father are high test ( genetics I guess, luckily as a female I don't have it , checked it several times) , and it caused ony problems problems problems:agression , hair , etc etc
>mfw my test was around 1100 ng/dl while being a fatass.
Now that I’m cutting into ripped territory and doing exercise, will it go up even more? Lol
Natural fats. Avocado, red meats, eggs, loads of salmon, MCT oils. I'm essentially doing the ketogenic diet at the moment
>why would you want to be high test
Masculine confident personality, more attractive to women by pheromones, masculine face structure such as strong jaw, browridge, thicker neck, bigger adams apple, wider shoulders, being taller, easier to build muscle, more energy, beard growth, ... do i need to go on? Nice first try at shilling rabbi
I recommend getting EVOlive Oil for keto too m8
>look at my "cool" high-normal total T
Good for you, but it's free T as well as density of sensitivity of androgen receptors that actually matters. Total T number is meaningless by itself.
Drop body fat. Less fat = less aromatase = less testosterone converting to estrogen = less negative feedback on HPTA = higher test
Put some of the things discussed such as keto/lots of healthy fats + raw foods into practice. Doubling your test when you are that low is 100% possible.
And don’t listen to your doc, he/she is a bluepilled fucking idiot as most docs tend to be. Can only think in terms of reference ranges when reference ranges for test are constantly decreasing due to what is ‘normal’ for the population. Find a new one, preferably male regardless, as guys will usually ‘get it’.
Thank you for your reply. Yes I already am cutting. At the time of the test i was probably around 30% BF actually (it was back in november).
The range thing is my big concern yes, if I am at 340 at 22years how much will I have at 30 ? It doesnt sound promising. The endocronologist was a female and she basically told me that I am not sick. I am from Europe so I dont really know much about TRT here, they probably only give you cream.
>The endocronologist was a female
All too common mistake. Find a guy like I said, he will 100% get you. Men are likewise ineffective endos for many women because we just don’t understand what hormonal problems ‘feel’ like for them. Although I agree you are probably not ‘sick’ given you were 30% bf at the time, aka a lard ass. Being that fat definitely had a negative effect on your testosterone.
Keep cutting and get to 10-15% bf. Re-test and if you are still low there might be other underlying problems.
If it comes to it TRT is an option, and while you are in Europe luckily you have easy access to black market pharma grade gear from the balkans or eastern europe for example if you want to self administer testosterone
>y/o white male
Well you could do nothing and have that be like 900.
agression , hair , etc etc this is more high strogens and dht than testosterone.
Testosterone problems ar more alike the kind the wolf of wall street have.
Median testosterone levels are nowhere near 900 even for his age group
