Abs are made in the kitchen.

Yeah i already have abs they just aren't defined that much

VISIBLE abs, yes

But direct abdominal work is beneficial to keeping a strong core that keeps up with compound lifts

A weak core when squatting presents serious lower back problems, for instance

A minimum of ab workout for enough months while bulking, low bodyfat, flex, good lightning.

I want this man's babies.

bumpin

I do:

2x50 sit ups

2x50 leg raises

100 seconds of flutter kicks

2x50 left side leg raises

2x50 right side leg raises

A fuckload of running

Getting your body fat low enough for them to be visible is harder than getting them though.

Thanks man, really appreciate it

every time I squat I feel it most in the lower back. I am glad for every ache, only can get better

Sack the situps for dynamic planks.

why?

Also, are ab rollers good?

cable crunches is all you need

this
is a meme

They only do the upper abs, not the lower ones or sides.

Bad for your back

k thx m8

I do pretty much this, but I also do rotational work such as landmine twists, twisting leg raises, and cable twists.

Push your heels when you lift it up

If you have a strong, developed core that will not only help you with your lifts, it will also result in your abs showing even if you are at 15%
