Why don't people ever take sexual assault accusations seriously?
They always dismiss them on grounds they're not proven, or provable. But what always disturbs me is that no one ever realises that having an accusation at all is a serious problem needing to be addressed. And if you ever have any accusations against you, you need to be held accountable for them. No one realises that it doesn't matter who makes the accusation, what presided over them, whether or not there's tangible evidence to back them up, or even the context of the accusation; if there's ever one made against you, you are culpable, and need to face justice.
Example, we have this doctor at the office now that I've been trying to get rid of. Mainly because he mentioned an incident where he was accused of rubbing an unconscious patient's breast. Her brother walked in on him with his hands on her chest, while he was trying to get her shirt off, and apply a breathing mask after her lungs collapsed. The brother accused him of assault, but the clinic dismissed the claims as just part of his job. But the fact he was accused of the assault at all is a huge, huge problem. And I've been trying to get the doctor's position with us terminated, and bring attention to how serious that accusation is, and how we can no longer have him here. And that you need face consequences for them, and your luxuries and privileges removed.
That's all I ask. But no one's with me. And no one, no one believes that if you have any accusation against you, you need to have to your luxuries and privileges removed, you need to be made an example of, and you need to face consequences for them. No one seems to buy that, and I feel that alone is why we have so many of these issues given birth to.
I constantly hear from two opposing sides. One side claims that claims of sexual assault aren't taken seriously enough. The other side claims that claims of sexual assault are taken far too seriously. It's actually a pretty messed up situation, considering that erring on one side allows false accusations to ruin lives and erring on the other allows for people to get away with a crime. If false accusations with no evidence weren't made so lightly these days, it'd be a lot easier to agree with you. As it stands, I find it troubling to allow women unlimited power in terms of ruining the lives of people that they have an axe to grind with.

I'm on the side of innocent until proven guilty, because a lot of this shit can be stopped by taking simple preventive measures like not getting shit faced and going off alone with strange dudes you just met, but no one talks about that.
Matthew Morales
Nice bait. People take sexual assault accusations so seriously men have been put in jail for false charges. Just the same there are men who have their privileges taken away on those accusations. Look at Taylor Swift's case. Also you should stop being a cunt and trying to get that doctor fired.
William Gonzalez
You sexually assaulted me. Doesn't matter how, or when, or why, or if it even happened, it's time you lost your luxuries and privileges. Bye bye.
Nicholas Turner
What? That makes no sense. You are a random on a internet board. Fuck off, faggot.
Thomas Adams
"What? That makes no sense. We've never even been in the same room alone, we only know each other from work. Fuck off, bitch."
Easton Sanders

Connor Murphy
"Hah, I was only pretending to be retarded. I got you good." Fuck off, faggot.

>Why don't people ever take sexual assault accusations seriously? Because if they were taken "seriously" half the fucking male population would be in fucking jail
it's already bad why do you think ugly people never approach girls confidently? it's because they're afraid of a fucking sexual harassment accusation, retard.
the number of times someone got innocently accused of rape by some angry hoe exceeds the number of stars, and you want to make it worse?
He is a sick person. I was afraid to come forward but you coming forward gave me courage.
Ban op.

>They always dismiss them on grounds they're not proven, or provable. But what always disturbs me is that no one ever realises that having an accusation at all is a serious problem needing to be addressed. You sexually assaulted me. There's your fucking answer, OP.
Kayden Lewis
Called it. Go away underaged and stay mad.
Landon Martinez
Not to mention "rape" is a meaningless concept in a sexually liberated society. The conceptualization of rape exists to prevent ugly men from fucking hot sluts
Jack Roberts
Omg how horrible.
Has OP assaulted anyone else?
Chase Cox
This is the most retarded comment i've ever seen, shut the fuck up, don't ever reply to me again.

If the girl had a collapsed lung he needed to get that shirt off. He was doing what he needed to do to save that womans life.
Kayden Morales
I'm not really reading that cat as "smug". He's confident at best, borderline aloof, really

>I was raped 400 years ago, but I was so traumatized that I forgot all about it till now. And I'm still heavily traumatized but have no problem just casually throwing my accusations around on Twitter instead of going to the police
