Come June 2018 I'll have been lifting for six (6) years (YEARS) non-stop and I have never been under 20% bodyfat, in-fact I have been around 20-25% my entire life. Even when I was doing cardio 3 hours a day ontop of lifting I still maintained it. My appetite just makes up for any extra activity I do so increasing more and more activity is pointless.
It's clear that lifting/cardio alone isn't enough to get my body composition lean.
What are some ways to fix this problem permanently?

I was the same, similar time spent lifting too.
Around the beginning of the year I had a depressive spree where I hardly ate anything for a few weeks and I went from around 20 to 15% bodyfat after I was over it.
After that I realised how easy it is to lose weight just by not eating so much and now I'm on my way to 10%~ just by watching diet and doing an hour of cardio every other day (+lifting ofc).

I've got a solution for you user. There's multiple memes you can follow, but I recommend you try the carnivore meme for two months. Buy up a bunch of ground beef with at least 20% fat. When you're at home, that's all you eat. Don't eat it raw--that's just autistic.

My problem is that anytime I get better in the gym or with my cardio, that my HUNGER INCREASES, it doesn't DECREASE. Therefore it makes it HARDER to EAT LESS when I am active.
I was 155lbs 25% bodyfat before lifting.
Now I am 200lbs 25% bodyfat after almost 6 years lifting.
So I gained a shit load of muscle and performance (2/3/4/5 for 5), but my appetite is just still high.
I started doing cardio everyday for 1 hour per day the last 2 months and I have actually gained fat because the increased activity just increased my appetite.
This is fucking retarded. Most people I know LOSE THEIR APPETITE when they lift or do cardio, MINE GOES FUCKING INSANE. YES, I have read you guys talk about how cardio/lifting "blunts" your appetite, but for me that is the fucking opposite.

Master your impulses to eat or overeat. Hunger is just a state of mind, have you ever tried to deliberately not eat when hungry? If you haven't, I can 100% guarantee you that hunger doesn't last indefinitely. When you get hunger pangs, that's when your hunger peaks- afterwards you will stop feeling hungry. Do this for 3 days and you'll will begin to also not feel weak.
Doing this will not only limit how much you eat, but help promote natural weight loss by propagating fat cells to become less resistant to hormones that's utilize fat cells for energy

Yes my hunger increases if I workout too no shit. You burn energy so your body wants you to eat more to make up for the spent energy. If you workout you CAN eat more because you've also spent calories but you NEED to be at a deficit to lose weight. There is no other way to lose fat and you know it. 25% BF at 200lbs -> 50 lbs fat. You're just fat not muscular.
Nobody I know who works out gets decreased appetite, because your body would never decrease appetite in a state where it needs to consume more.
Cardio alone is enough to get you lean. If you don't want to track your caloric intake because you are a retard, I suggest you either suck cock for an entire day or stop trying to rely on your natural appetite and just start eating less and less.

Don't if you lift. I did keto for 6 weeks and lost about 10 weeks of lifting progress. I also stopped lifting during that time because I didn't have carbs to fuel heavy lifting, but my gf recently stopped lifting for 20 days recently and barely lost one workout worth of progress, so I don't think that's the only reason.

It varries, I'm kind of lazy in that regard. But I will do quick math in my head and make sure I stay under 1200kcal an average day, and under 1800kcal on my alcohol drinking days. I feel like an ascetic monk for figuring out how to control what I consume and how much, but it's honestly not that big a deal.
Things you want to eat. >Avacado >Fatty meats >Cheese >Bit of nuts >Sunflower seeds (Russian kind where you have to work to get the seed out of the shell. The idea being it's a meticulous process so you'll fill up faster the slower you consume) >Sour cream >Coffee with butter in it >Vegetables with preferable carb to fiber ratio >Canned sprats >Home made chicken soup with bone marrow and fat chicken pieces >Chicken Caesar salad sans croutons (my favorite)
You can get creative if you want. Just be sure to not over eat. Be honest with yourself when you eat. Ask yourself whether or not you're still hungry after you eat a little, or whether or not you're now eating for pleasure or if you're just bored.
