Depends on what you're vomiting and why, but in general, the consensus is vomiting is a uncomfortable and painful experience. Personally, though even when I don't enjoy the feeling of vomiting in the moment, the afterglow is great. Feeling empty is amazing.

Vomiting itself is kinda painful and can injure you cause of the acid, but tbqh I like choking on dick and tearing up while trying to keep my lunch down.

It depends my guy, vomiting because of poisoning and drug or alcohol feels like complete shit because of the liver pains, vomiting by fisting your mouth feels bad at first when the gag reflex is at it's strongest but then relaxes into a nice puke. In my personal experiences vomiting from over exercise after eating is best vomit, it feels like you just started breathing all over again

I hate it when I get pieces of semi digested food lodged in like the channels leading to my nose, whatever they're called.

Depends on if it's a pleasant one or not. The relief and empty feeling afterwards is great, I can't deny.

But once I was with a migraine and only had oats and not much liquid, and the mixture that came up my throat was so thick that it jsut stayed stuck in the back of my throat, it was only through some automatic cough reaction that i cleared the airway, and all I could do was spit out what came loose with a bunch still at the back of my throat. It was disgusting and a long process.

I wonder if there are people in the world who actually love to vomit?

I get migranes and sometimes the only way to make them go away is to throw up. Puking itself doesn't feel great, but having the migrane leave is worth it
