I want a baby

My husband and I are planning on starting a family in early 2019. I am 5'2 and 27 years old. I was 240 pounds a couple years ago. I have dropped down to 180.
I am currently taking paxil and am going to to start weening off on it.
I have seven or so more months to get my body in the best shape it can be to carry my child. What parts of my body should I focus on working on?
I play a lot of Pokemon go, so I walk a bit, I also picked up the love of biking and spend at least a couple hours a week biking.

I am sorry, I'm not good at this. I was just curious to on how to move forward with improving my body.

Get strong on squats and deadlifts.

fuck you i'm on nofap

I mean, I am actively avoiding any chance of pegancy now and my meds killed any sex drive I've had for... A while...

Did you try asking a doctor? Maybe do that before asking a bunch of barely lifting teenage boys on the fitness subreddit of an Belarusian yodeling forum.

>I'm curious on how to move forward
A great way to start would be by posting your tits and a timestamp. Then if you're feeling generous you could do your feet

A world where wild life disappearing, where there are more plastic in the ocean then fish, in near future your offsprings will be main source of food.

I won't comment on what muscles you need to train to assist with childbirth and whatnot, but
I think health is more important than fitness in regards to a healthy childbirth.
What I mean is you need to be able to eat healthily day in day out, stop the nicotine jew, the weed jew, the caffeine jew, and stop all artificial chemicals from entering your body (the pharma jew).
Also, if you want your child to be successful, breast feed as much as possible.

And the alcohol jew obviously.

And try to get your bedtime to 10pm

Work on full body, do compound movements to get your weight down. Very responsible of you to want to be in Shape before having a baby.

Get a gym membership or maybe equipment of your own and start lifting weights. You can fuck around the gym with machines and cables and shit and you'd get some strength and/or muscle gains since you're completely untrained.

Diet wise, well, you already went from 240 to 180. You know what to do.

Your legs and back are going to be killing you in the end, so focus on your legs and core. Ive had friends find success in yoga

Said the incel.

I do not think you should have your child until you are at a healthy BMI, Fat people have more cholesterol to be used in their bodies
>Your body uses cholesterol to manufacture androstenedione
>Androstendione will be converted to testosterone
>Testosterone then may or may not convert to estrogen.
Being fat might inhibit OPs ovarian function, or it might not.

TL;DR OP needs to reach a healthy, and perferably optimal bodyweight before she gives birth to a child that's going to end up as a fat chick or S O I B O I.

In case you can't calculate BMI, you should get down to 115-125lbs. You've lost weight before, so you can definitely do it again. This is for your health, and for the health of your baby. Remember, children learn their habits by watching YOU. If you aren't in good shape, and you don't eat a healthy diet, your child will not be in good shape, and they will not eat a healthy diet. This is your last chance to help yourself and your kid.

Yoga and daily 60 minute walks. Cut soft drinks, junk food and candy out of your diet all together.

Don't start with any heavy lifting because your body will probably not handle that kind of strain right now. If you want to start lifting then you should first focus on strengthening your core with body weight exercises. "The plank" is a good exercise that you can do every morning. Start at 30 seconds then work your way up from there.

Core, legs, arms and mostly pelvic floor etc excersises.

If this is a real post I'm glad to see it. My sister got pregnant without thinking about it. She was morbidly obese and on 3 antidepressants. Her blood pressure was so high when she was pregnant that she couldn't leave her bed. Her kid ended up really fucked up too. Premature and costing $500k to keep alive.

Tits or GTFO.

Post bobs and vagene bb.

A couple of hours a week biking and walking around in Pokemon go for a bit is technically a regular person's activity level who has working legs. You should be doing at least an hour of biking per day, but definitely more. Go Jogging instead of wasting your time on stupid mobile games. You can catch your Pokemon later on your cool down walk

I'd say this is most important.
