It takes about an hour for a thread to get pushed off and archive on Jow Forums, so you need at least one post an hour. But it can't hit the reply limit either, which usually somewhere between 300 and 350. So 24x7=168 posts to keep it alive for a week, which leaves plenty of wiggle room to tack on extra posts before hitting the reply limit. So it's theoretically possible.
