Dawg I don't think you need to be so rigid in your programming. Go I to the gym with the body parts you want to hit in mind and blast them out with whatever excercise you feel like doing that day. I know very few experienced lifters who stick to specific exercises in ordering specific days. Unless they are programming for strength or something.

Why don't you do any squats or core exercises.. well except DL once a week.
You'll get imbalances and risk injuring yourself. A strong core is the basis of any weight training. (Don't mean you need to get fridgemode just that right now your back/core is gonna be weak af, crunches don't do much for core, just abs btw.) you wanna train obliques and transverse abdominis also add in some.stuff like front squats, Romanian deadlifts, weighted hyperextensions, planks/side planks etc.
Other than that it looks fine if you have the time and persistence to do that much volume. Be careful you don't overtrain and get tendonitis or bursitis or some.shit it's annoying af and takes a long time to solve itself.

I'm lower body dominant, my legs are like 55cm circumference. Maybe front squats once a week isnt a bad idea though, idk where I'd fit it tbough. Per cable crunches: I twist at both sides after coming down and I feel that burns obliques. Maybe something for lower abs tho?

Also for deads I do sets of 5 light and then work up to triples and doubles and singles as heavy as possible. That's definitely a strength approach but DL isn't exactly a hypertrophy lift eh?

Anytime I try to do any sort of cable flies for chest the back of my shoulders start to hurt. Been told I need to stretch more and also work rear delts more but I was wondering if you've ever experienced something similar.

The best part about lifting in bumfuck Mississippi is that places like planet fitness dont exist here, at least in my town. We've got one gym that people are free to do all the retarded shit they want to do as long as they dont start fights or break anything.
