run 10km

No way in hell this burns even 400 calories

I burned about 1650 this morning on an 11 mile run.

running is too boring for me.

Something easier like doing diferent exercises sets.

Walk 20k

Something I can do in a single place faggot.

I literally posted a meme picture from google.

wave your arms around all day.
it'll burn calories

I'm looking at some calistenics or aerobics circuits.

25 push ups burns 1k cals, haha fuck off I know this is bait

run 1km 10 times.

The only way you'll burn 1000cal in a decent time is intense cardio and it won't get any less boring whatever you do.

Put some audio books or decent music on your mp3 player to pass the time.

I don't mind cardio, I just don't want to do the same exercise for like one hour.

Can Jow Forums design a proper cardio workout that burns at least 500 calories?

It's everything together. You can't be this stupid so I know this is bait.

Easiest way to burn 1000 calories is to not eat 1000 calories

No? Fuck off and stop being a lazy idiot.

Op clearly has no bearing on how long it takes to burn 500/1k calories

Dancing is very diverse in movements and intense forms can burn a lot of calories. It's fun too.

I just want a cardio workout.
I don't mind if I have to do 1k jumping racks and other meme cardio shit.

Just jump rope for an hour

maybe not for a manlet but someone over 6 feet it might

I'll just google how much 100 X cardio exercise burns then do simple math to get a proper 500 calories workout.

You need to adjust those figures to account for your weight.

quora.com/If-I-do-100-jumping-jacks-how-many-calories-will-I-burn

It seems 100 jumping racks burn 40 calories.

So, using simple math you need to do 20 sets of 100 jumping racks to burn like 800 calories.

As well as gravity coefficient to be extra accurate

Run 1 mile

Do 100 burpees

Do 10 minutes of skipping

Do 100 star jumps

Doing all that will not be any easier or more interesting than running three miles.

>wanting things to be easier

Never gonna make it

It seems 100 jumping racks burns like 10-20 calories, so basically doing 100 sets of 100 jumping racks will burn 1.000 calories.

I don't want to jog or run.

I think it'll burn more than that, but go ahead and try.

acording to some google fu, every set in my picture are 10 calories.
so basically doing one set is 130.

using logic I will have to do like 8 times that pic to burn 1000 calories.

much easier than simply jogging for one hour.

It's going to take you a fuckload longer than an hour, user.

it will be much interesting that just running or jogging.

Look up military routines.
There's a pdf somewhere of a canadian routine

If you can’t run 10K in an hour then you’re fucking weak

No it won't. Its all relative, if exercise is enjoyable time flies, if its hard it drags. It doesn't matter what you're doing, just because you're changing exercise every few minutes it won't change anything.

That's like saying reading a different book every ten minutes is more interesting than reading the same book for an hour.

lmao this could not be bait since each 1000 calories is equal 1kcal, and almost every food is measured with kcal, so basically 2500 push ups for burning 100kcals

Oh yeah, 800 jumping jacks to start you off should be real interesting.

100 jumping racks
100 crunches
100 squats
100 burpess
100 high knees
100 climbers

That should be like 60 calories.
Repeat 10 times to get 600 calories.

wow, much simpler and easier than jogging for 90 minutes.

This

It burns like 150 calories.

Ruck march through a beautiful trail with 35 pound pack first thing in the morning. Do it one hour out and one hour back at a 15 minute mile pace.

god what a retarded thread. You need to run like 6 miles to burn 1k calories. The OP actually thinks doing bodyweight stuff is going to be easier than that, but it's NOT. You WON'T be able to do push ups/jumping jacks/bodyweight squats to burn 1k calories because you would need to be a fucking athlete to even be able to do that as a workout. 1000 calories is a shit ton of energy so it's going to take a shit load of effort/time. You either increase the time and reduce the effort, or you reduce the effort and increase the time. If time is no constraint the least effort way to do it would be cycling, but it would take you hours, if not half your day, depending on your pace

Run 5km and eat 500 calories less

see

Find an obstacle course somewhere. Full body workout, and very challenging.

user a good time for casual runners for a 5k is 30m. No way could he do 10k in an hour.

3km run (try and do it under 16mins)
6X 100 Skipping
1 hour of cycling
If you want something easier, let me tell you this,You aren't gonna make it.

90 minutes running will burn about 1500 cals.

Note: that burns about 700-800 kcal

He means 10 kilometers, which is pretty doable if you aren't overweight

have you tried not eating 1000 kcal?

beat off for 2 hours

I wonder how many calories bicycle riding burns.

You are greatly underestimating the time and energy needed to do 400 jumping jacks, 300 crunches, 200 squats, and 100 pushups.

>calculate bmr
>lets say 2000kcal per day
>want to burn 1000kcal
>weigh
>don't eat for 12 hours
>weigh
>grats, you burned 1000kcal
Didn't even break a sweat
>t. /fast/

> he thinks this actually burns 1000calories

100 burpees?!?! has anyone actually done 100 burpees?

His plan is to do 1000 burpees, along 1000 of each other exercise. It's either bait or he's a retard.

How do you calculate how many calories you burn with each activity?

Go biking for an hour on the highest gear. Great for legs and heart, and it’s not as boring as running since you’re going fast

I beg to differ. If you’re relatively fit you should at least be able to hit a 24 minute 5k. That’s 8 minutes per mile. Pretty slow desu

Am i retarded? This is saying that entire routine burns a thousand, right? 25 pushups alone will probably burn like 150 calories.
