Shakes bread

What do yall niggers put in ya shakes?

I've been doing 2 cups of 2% milk, 2tbsp (just a huge chunk usually) penis butter, scoop of protein powder (25g), and a nanner. But my stomach is a little bitch when it comes to lactose so milk makes my bowels feelbadman.

Need moar calories. Any other ideas?

If lactose doesn't agree with you why don't you swap it out for an alternative like oat milk? Speaking of which, put some oats in that bad boy if you want extra calories.

>milk makes my bowels feelbadman
why do you keep consuming it then there are alternatives

I dig me some ground up quick oats. Just blend them before to get them to a better texture.

>scoop of protein powder (25g)
4 SCOOPS CMON GOD DAMN IT
LET'S LEAVE HUMANITY BEHIND TOGETHER

mix in some wild berries

It's by far the cheapest source of calories especially out of all the ingredients in a shake. So I still do 1 or 2 cups but it's just when I try to go the GOMAD route, I suffer.

I guess what I'm saying is I'd rather just drink more shakes in general but I gotta keep it to pretty much one/day because milk, and I don't wanna spend extra on onions/oat/almond/goat milk

Also I've tried the oats thing and I can't stand the texture. I'd literally rather just choke down more real food. I actually bought some Jimmy Joy meal replacement shakes, most of which are oats and damn I hate that shit.

>Use almond milk instead
>Add more protein powder
>If using a blender, add 1/4 cup of oats and some flax

do you take it as post workout?
I thought you must put only water for faster absorbtion.

Slice your bananas then freeze them to make them whip up a nice milkshake. Gotta have a strong blender though.

Yes usually.

There's no way. You gotta be memeing me.

And I guess I should try pre-blending muh oats beforehand. All I have is old-fashioned, do quick oats work better?

If you don't care about sugar, adding nutella or a bunch honey is good.

If you really don't give a shit, put a scoop of ice cream in there.

>Need moar calories.

add another scoop of brotein or just some straight up butter

20oz of almond milk (milklet)
Cup of oats
2 Heaped table spoon of peanut butter
2 Banana (i pre peel and freeze mine for taste gainz)
2schoops

Vitamix

Yes fast absorbing carbs with protein are even more effective than whey alone post workout, if you're bulking of course.

2scoops in water. Maybe if I find a flavor that doesn't make me want to puke I'll start making exciting shakes.

It's say buy a Vitamix but it seems you are in Africa mode. If you are trying to save money make your own almond milk

nigga lmao. use water and add extra peanut butter. to get it to hold together and prevent excess fat separation add eggs, which will emulsify. it could help to slightly temper them under boiling water before adding them if the flavor is offending (i personally can't even taste it). why the fuck do you need so many calories in a shake? are you a recovery skelly or somn

Lol I'm just horrible horrible horrible at having regular meal times and getting enough calories in a day. Probably because I also use adderall many days of the week which absolutely destroys my appetite. But I'm running the Texas Method and super fucking determined to do it right this time and just eat exorbitant amounts, which drinking calories helps with since I just can't seem to trust myself to force down enough chicken & rice.

2 scoops chocolate whey isolate, 2 scoops real carbs, 1.5 cups coco krispies, 1 frozen banana, 32 oz. water. I'm on roids so this is the perfect postworkout.

12oz almond milk
1 cup frozen spinach
2 scoops

I dont bother with protein powder as it's too expensive. Can of fish or beans is just as good.

have you tried eating like pasta or some shit? i mean, if you're gonna shove huge pats of peanut butter down your hatch you might as well eat pasta with some white sauce and chicken/shrimp which should be more dense and the sauce is basically easily ingestable liquid. you could even try getting that proteinplus pasta from barilla if your store carries it. swimmers and runners always eat that shit cuz its carby and hella dense to fuel 4-5 hours of training constantly and daily.
