Help me Jow Forums My buddy is trying to lose weight and he saw that image of that chef who lost a ton of weight bc his friends texted him "fat fuck" everyday.
He asked me to do the same, so I have been and some progress has been had - he's quit the soda and has cut back on the junk food but his diet overall is still shit.
What insults can I throw at him?
