Lean slightly forward, grip the handles hard and keep it slow and steady. Gives you a beautiful pump right in the corner of you pec near the armpit

Enjoyed this but unsure about the 3x5 bench in terms of hypertrophy. Good lifts though.

Flat bench press isn't optimal for hypertrophy, his inclusion of flat bench 3x5 would for driving your overall chest strength up to assist the strength on those three exercises after it that are good for chest hypertrophy in the 8-12 range.

Do nether beasts chest shrug. Its one of the greatest chest exercises.

I've started aiming in the 10-12 rep range for hypotherepy and I love the pump i get. I use lighter weight but do perfect form and really focus on slow negatives to activate stabilizers. sore for a couple days after now.

I do flat bench 4x10
incline dumbell bench 4x8-10
wide dips 3x10
db flies 3x12
cable flies 3x12

You need to lay on the bench just like you would with regular bench press and then flare your elbows behind your neck and do the bench press. Works best with dumbells. Got massive tits doing that

you should try incline overhead hack deadlifts
