Literally exact same nipple structure (even with the small bumps on around areola). My friends made jokes about it back in highschool but it's not once come up as an issue in sexual situations.

It's just a style of nipples and honestly not that big of a worry. Just don't wear muscle shirts

I had the same issue. It's very minor pubertal gyno. Probably comes from elevated levels of SHBG during puberty. You probably got them at like 14 years of age the same as me right?

I'm currently trying tamoxifen to cure it I'll let you guys know if it works or not.

I wear a t-shirt with the sleeves cut off underneath my t-shirts, aside from the fact you can no longer see my puff nips also my sweat doesnt go through the shirts as fast so I dont look like a sweaty bastard, the sun cant get through and heat me up as fast and the sweat stays on the inside shirt longer so a nice breeze helps there to keep me cool too.

how much did you pay for your surgery? they can get puffy after you have surgery if scar tissue builds up where the gland was. From what I have heard you can take cortisol shots to reduce it.

it's not fat underneath the nipple. it's hard breast tissue/a gland. i agree though that there are different types of gyno. usually you get a gland + extra fat around the breast area, and sometimes you just get either of those.

It will slightly improve it probably, but it will never truly get rid of it, it's genetics.
You could get surgery and remove the fat underneath the nipple, don't just get a "gyno" surgery that removes the mammary gland, because you will still have puffy nipples.

I have mild gyno similar to this. It sucks because I don't want to go through the surgery and spend the money but obviously I'd rather not have it. My girlfriend and friends tell me that it's not a big deal and that I still look good but they probably just say it to not be rude :/
