I just downloaded this calorie counter for my phone which was really neat
I gave up when I had a breakfast I would consider big and then figured out it was barely 300 calories. Peanut butter, porridge and milk
That was almost 4 hours ago and I'm still not hungery yet

if you want to gain weight you don't wait until you are hungry. you need to avoid getting hungry in the first place. eat a snack every 2 hours. increase the food portions for breakfast, lunch and dinner. don't be afraid to eat before sleeping

Dude I wish I was you. Beer and pizza is what I live for currently and in the past year I've put on 30 pounds. I know its really bad for my health but I just cant stop fucking eating. It numbs the pain of my shitty life.

Try eating fast, like 2-3 chews then swallow. You will get more food into your stomach b4 your brain registers that you're full

I can eat 2000 cal a day, but I don't have the motivation or know-how to do it. I eat normal meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) but I'm still hungry during the day so I waste time eating junk instead.

If you are really struggling, download a calorie counter. For breakfast, something I'd recommend is including 2 pieces of toast with hazelnut spread. There are a lot of calorie dense foods that are healthy in moderation. You just haven't seen them yet.

I was you, then I quit that shit cold turkey. You stop craving it a week or two in, then you look back and wonder "how the fuck could I eat like that". I had half a pizza and some Pepsi a few weeks ago and I almost threw up

rarely have to do core cause we b skinny, and legs are optional until you get big and they need to be done otherwise they look undersize

Last summer I gained over 50 pounds by getting Jow Forums, now I'm planning on keeping on the mass but cutting fat to try and get an aesthetic body. I've always eaten a lot of food, I don't understand how people can just not eat. When people talk about skipping meals it's just an alien concept to me. Before I turned 18 and used to run I could eat up to 4000 calories a day and never went above the 130s. Even now that I've started making an effort to limit my calories, I still love eating, I never get like

being skinny is much better than being fat now that ive experienced both for long periods of time but i can understand why you skellyfags hate it so much if you feel scrawny since thats all you know. likely you are overestimating how much you are eating, try tracking your calories or if you already know that but feel physically unable to eat more i bet you can google how to eat more calories easier

i don't want a caffeine or ciggy addiction, fuck the calorie counter does wonders though because you see the impact of everything that you wouldn't even think about. Also made me realise how little it takes to go under or over enough for significant weight change.

Eat a tonne of carbs and sugars, those are The things that make you fat and gain weight. After you gain enough weight, hit the gym and get toned.

these are like 1000-1600 calories generally. depends on the size. not that much. not only have I done this, but I do it about 5 times a week. would love to have a bingedown with you and see who comes out on top. then I would treat you to some diet soda after and we would have a long chill talk which I would stream on my youtube channel
