Yeah this alone tells me that OP is just a salty faggot
Daniel Carter
His best jefferson is 800lbs. He did 700lbs in a jujimufu video, with improper position and no peaking.
Also his best trap bar is 900.
Also, if you actually tried block pulls before, the bar needs to be elevated just below knee level for the lift to be easier. Otherwise, it may actually be a more difficult lift as is the case with conventional block pull, since it'll be harder to get a leg drive.
Dominic Powell
Of course he did less in the jujimufu idea did you see how many different lifts he did in 5 days not peaked for any of them. If he can do 700 after doing all those other exercises he can definitely do 800.
Aaron Carter
He looks like he's running on pure cortisol here
Jaxon Carter
>I hate you cunts so goddamn much. haha MOGGED holy fuck what's wrong JJ? trying to "expose" your "friend" now?
David Roberts
>Jacking the bar off the floor doesn't help you
Cope
Connor Nguyen
700 with mats on the floor, not the 880 he claims. He's a frauding faggot.
Christian Ward
it depends on the height. A lot of people are actually weaker pulling from low blocks (midshin-ish) because while the ROM is shorter it kills your ability to get any leg drive into the movement.
Turns out that ROM isn't he only factor. Leverage matters and sometimes a short ROM comes paired with such shitty positioning that it completely overwhelms any advantage you'd get (and anyone who disagrees is welcome to try benching or squatting as wide as physically possible and see how that works out for them).
Daniel Anderson
Retard.
Michael Howard
afaik low block pull are only harder on conventional. on any movement that is more squat-like (so sumo, trap bar, jefferson), the weight will increase in proportion with the height, especially jeff and trap bar since you don't have to get past the knees.
Kevin Wood
Did you read my post
Jordan Diaz
This. Eric calling people out when he never ever, not one fucking time shows the floor in his elite lifts is ridiculous.
Carson Jenkins
Sumo is weird IME. It doesn't have the really wonky strength curve of pulling from different heights conventional but it also isn't quite as simple as more height = more weight. Trap bar does tend to work that way, at least if you do it more squat like (if you're one of the weirdos who sits back and tries to approximate a good morning, not so much).
Oliver Hall

>He did a 752 hack squat with CrossFit plates off blocks so his 880 is probably real because peaking!!!
I'd beat the fuck out of their fraud for his fake weight class records IRL. People work hard to compete and some YouTube fraud with fake plates and his weight way off the floor pretends he's pulling 940 off the floor at 225lbs despite preforming like a mediocre bitch in public.
Ryder Kelly
IDK, but it is sort of comical.
If anyone came here to brag about their lifts and had all sorts of crossfit plates and claimed a ridiculous weight, and cut the floor out of their videos, they'd get laughed at, but the Bugez does this despite giving out retarded training advice.
Brandon Jackson
I mean I don't think he's been knowingly frauding but it's possible he used mats to protect his floor. however it's also possible that his plates were nonstandard diameter in the first place and that he adjusted the mats/blocs to accomodate that. but yeah, in my short lived experience on jefferson in particular one inch can make a huge difference. there have been lifts where I've pulled for 5 seconds to get it off the floor, but once it moves even one millimeter you pretty much got it.
t b h I've never really used actual sumo, I did a super narrow sumo for a while but eventually stopped being a special snowflake and switched back to conventional (which is stronger for me). but from what I've seen and heard a low sumo block can be 100-200lbs more than from the floor.
yeah some people are just stronger in the back. look up konstantine janashia, the guy did 880 for 5 basically stiff legged. I don't understand it either.
Jose Sanchez
bugez is done, finished
Colton Powell
jesus christ what a fucking newfag dyel. Bugenhagen pulled 910*lbs on a trap bar with the high handles. you have no idea how much easier that is. it is less impressive than a 700 conventional (they're both still very strong don't get me wrong)
he isn't trying to convince anyone that he has the strenth to do a 910 conventional.
Caleb Cox
Notmuttenough managed to go from 400 btb to 800 pounds in a really short time and he did it in a gym. Do you think it’s impossible that Eric, a guy who’s had way more training experience, couldn’t do the same? Bulgarian has been shown time and time again to really put pounds on lifts. Before Eric did normal training for wrestling but a few years ago he switched to Bulgarian and focused on those lifts, no mystery there.
Matthew Gonzalez
Tbh he looks like the embodiment of a college Chad in this video
Robert Reed
>in my short lived experience > I've never really used actual sumo
Then why do you talk about this stuff in the first place?
Carter Thomas
He had already been training for 10 years when he maxed out at 606 and his only public behind the back was "750" of assorted bumpers he hitched up using mats underneath.
But sure, his mindset added 130lbs in a year. He just never could do it in public.
Aaron Reyes
It’s almost like it would be pretty difficult to run Bulgarian the way Eric does in a normal gym and that when you focus on a specific lift it goes up over the course of 3 years. but hey no one has ever put 100 pounds on a lift within 3 years how crazy would that be lmao
Zachary Jones
I fucking hate how Bugenbitch constantly claims natty. The fucking guy took prohormone, his body will never be the same. I remember everyone called out Nether for a Google+ review of prohormone and everyone was so disgusted with him, whilst Eric has done the same thing, he would probably be slightly above Alex's strength level if he never took drugs but definitely nowhere near what he's doing now. And he puts it all down to mindset and black coffee, pathetic, and the fucking guy thinks he can swagger around issuing challenges to Alex who is a legitimate natural.
It's almost like someone who calls out others for camera angle shenanigans should have thought about how he has not one single video where you can see the floor despite showing it on other moves.
But yeah, a 230lb "Natty" can go down on one knee with 745 on their back and pop back up but can't dead 610. Makes sense.
Carson Ramirez
Holy fuck you absolute mong Jefferson deadlifts are easier than conventional. Maybe you should try them before you run your mouth about shit you don’t understand.
Isaiah Lopez
>Ignores the camera angle issue
Bugez is a goner.
Ethan Thompson
?
Austin Carter
>34 replies >19 posters YIKES I've seen about 10 different threads so far it's always like this. No matter who it's talking about. It's like every single one of these fan bases has some autismo that has to defend or discredit one of these YouTube faggots. Even blaha has one of them too
The bar is at the correct level to his legs in every one of his videos. I’m not ignoring shit. You’re blinded by the desire to have another nether and making excuses for the jujimufu videos. You don’t understand Bulgarian, you don’t understand the difference between conventional and other lifts, you don’t understand progression, you don’t understand that no one wants to watch a video that cuts out Eric in favour of seeing a concrete floor. You’re grasping at straws and everyone can see it.
Can tell from personal experience that a really low block pull is much harder for me than pulling from the floor (conventional). As others have said before, it kills the feeling of leg drive somehow.
Anthony Rodriguez
It's true that some people are weaker at lockout but the strength curve of the deadlift is vastly disproportionate at the bottom eg off the floor is much harder than any other part of the lift and it challenges the legs the most at this position.
Ethan Thomas
he looks weird in that vid but I can't put my finger on it.
Carson Bailey
All guys bashing eric are betadestiny fanboys, remember that betadestiny tricks his lifts like nobody else does.
>Betadestiny Deadlift >2 inch ROM >LOL
Daniel Howard
His head looks smaller compared to the body
Xavier Williams
Alex BTFO Eric hard
Angel Morgan
2 inch ROM SUMO deadlift with a bent bar and straps.
Thomas Myers
Bunch of salt Betadestiny faggots in here thinking Eric gives a single fuck about Youtube. What possible motivation would he have to fake his lifts? And for the faggot who keeps saying that there isn't a single video of him pulling off the floor with the floor in view, you're not looking hard enough. Boogz isn't making money off of YouTube. Boogz is an actual fucking athlete. He gives less than an iota of a fuck what people in the cancerous YouTube "fitness community" think about him or his lifts. Alex nutted up to the challenge and showed he could double overhand that 605. Eric apologized. That should have been the end of the entire thing, but you literal autists are out here acting like a fucking Japanese holdout in the jungles of the Philippines. Eric is stronger than Alex. That's totally fine. Fucking deal with it.
