I started at 250mg and eased my way up to 750mg daily. Always with coffee and on an empty stomach. Usually takes about 4h to take effect, I can basically time it these days.

i feel the effect at exactly 2 hours, it's the weirdest thing it's like accurate by the minute, like i didn't know human body metabolism etc are this accurate
i'm at 1.3g now but i can feel 300mg upwards, it's just that not as strong as 1.3g, past 2g is overdose territory for me where i feel more sedated rather than stimulated so i never go past that

Yeah same here, dunno why it's 4h for me, but it's like fucking magic how accurate it is every damn time.
I am taking it since 6 month now, only took like 2 weeks off at one point just for the kicks. No withdrawels whatsoever and even if there were, I would taper it off slowly next time.

Though I am unsure if I should increase the dosage, though I have heard of others who take upwards to 2g daily and feel alright. But then again, 750mg work for me, so no reason to "waste" more.
