Can I go from overweight to ottermode with keto
Keto
bump
Sure.
Keto is a meme, don't do it
how did he widen his shoulders and narrow his hips
I'm doing keto RN for a cut and lost 11 pounds in 6 weeks. Tested my 1RMs last week and they're all the same. I eat twice a day, and I'm never hungry.
How's it a meme?
angle
It's unnecessary hard. I did keto for 6 weeks and lost 7kg. But after 6 weeks i couldn't do it anymore. Just go on a calorie deficit. That's something you can do for a long time.
>It's unnecessary hard
Never gonna make it
It's way easier to go on a calorie deficit by doing keto tho
I think that might be a personal issue. I find cooking everything I need for two meals in a day in a single pan (steak->kale->eggs) is super easy, and I don't miss carbs because I have a glycogen load day at the end of each week.
His hips didn't his wider shoulders makes it seems like that...
Everyone is diffrent i guess. I couldn't do a long diet without my kebab, pizza and ice cream.
if you're overweight you probably don't have the discipline required for keto
do intermittent fasting instead and just cut down on food intake, it will be hard enough just doing that
Not for me.
What's the difference between the two pics?
See, I get those every five days... and kebab every day if I skip the rice. Diet's all about what works, for sure, but keto def isn't a meme.
Oh, OP: make sure you drink a lot of water and don't fuck your electrolyte intake up. I pound two Powerade Zeros a day on top of a massive amount of water, but there's more optimal ways to do so.
I called it a meme because some people say that you will loose weight faster with a low carb diet. But if you don't count the water loss it's the same. I did it without the "cheat" days, and i felt like a starving dog.
IIFYM
>Something is a meme because I'm too weak willed
You're whole life is a meme, man.
Except what you're posting is wrong. I am almost positive that there are studies showing that ketosis provides faster weight loss, but more importantly, you don't lose nearly as much muscle compared to a traditional caloric deficit. Couple that with the fact that the person you're replying to also seems to be doing intermittent fasting, and it's not hard to believe that he'll lose weight faster than on a regular eating schedule and deficit. I think you're barely knowledgeable on what you're talking about.
Sorry iam not a masochist.
Literally the same rhetoric that tumblr fatties use for why they won't put down the fork. Never going to make it, get the fuck off this board.
As far as i know studies showed no difference between low fat and low carb diets (same calorie intake). You don't loose as much mucle becuase of the high protein intake not because of the low amounts of carbs....
No my friend i already lost 10kg in 2 months. We all gonna make it.
8kg* sorry
That's awful progress
this was literally the best blizzard cinematic cutscene ever made desu.
you can but you don't need to. i don't think it has much difference to a normal cut if you're good carbs.
>keep a calorie deficit
>absolutely no treats, sweets, junk food, fried food etc
>avoid alcohol altogether
>drink only water. protein shakes after a workout
>balanced diet, lots of veggies and fruit
>beans are good
>avoid white carbs (pizza, white pasta, white bread)
>stick to wholemeal/brown bread and pizza
eat healthy on a deficit and you'll be ottermode in no time
It is fine in the short term but longterm will damage your liver and kidneys.
I know a lot of medfags getting into dialysis tech because of how big keto is nowadays.
3 years for that?! LOL
keto is the easiest diet to follow what are you retarded, it only takes 3 days to get into keto and after that you get less hungry. think before you type you shithead
Sure, you can lose weight on keto if you also eat at a caloric deficit
