Probably not. Are you still getting you work out in and eating enough? I drink about a six pack a night and it has not effected my gains

Beer will turn you into a basedboy real quick due to the hops anti-androgenic properties.

Drink hard liquor with sparkling water/tonic/fresh juices instead. Prefer cocktails and energy drinks in between now as beer just bloats me and makes me tired.

But it's a vicious cycle, alcohol is only a temporary solution and it actually worsens your life

Yeah, it definitely is. As someone whos drank way too much over the years, even when I was drinking far less, I could tell the difference in what I could put in to work outs. I'm not going to tell you to not drink, enjoy it when you're celebrating or commiserating/generally being social, but you need to cut back
