SSRIs are worth a shot, imo. But if 6 months pass and you still feel shit, stop whatever you're currently taking and try something else.

They certainly won't be my first choice, user, though I won't rule them out altogether. St. John's Wort is supposed to be pretty good, and with less side effects, so I'll give it a shot.

Don't do it. Any doc that prescribes that shit doesn't have your best interests in mind.

for me it only happens a few hours after taking it. I was advised to take it just before going to sleep, so it's never an issue. Course if I take it then fuck around on the internet for a few hours before going to sleep and having my wank, then it can be pretty annoying.

Just buy a fleshlight and it wont be a problem anyway.
