I eat fruit on a cut to max out my glycogen, insane amounts of sugar are actually fine if you do OMAD, I can have like 1/4 a jar of organic jelly post workout and be shredded out of my fucking mind the next morning, obviously Jelly is for plebs and you're better off with actual fruit but when I was too busy to shop for a week I got through it using just Jelly and was still losing fat and sparing muscle even building it quite a bit the whole time
