>I cant see a dermatologist
why not?
also, try quitting dairy for a week

Stop drinking too much milk, go outside for the sun, take zinc sup and drink more water

That's not going anywhere on its own.

It's hard to say. In most cases acne eventually dissipates with age as testosterone levels begin to decline.

no insurance, also i quit all dairy for over a month recently and that did nothing
i do take zinc, ill try going outside more im inside 90% of the day

No.
You need pills.
All the bullshit about towel in the pillow, eat this, don't eat that, is bullshit.
YOU NEED PILLS.

what pills

Le aggutaint

When I was your age everynight I put new towels over my pillows and used them for my shower the next day.

This + exercise and regular showers cleaned up my acne (lactose intolerant so milk was never a problem). Acne'll go away as you get out of puberty too.

Try Cortison gel, if that doesn't work try Isotretinoin oral. I think in the US it's being sold under the name Accutane.

Try some moisturizer. Stop taking hot showers.

>Acne'll go away as you get out of puberty too.
Fucking lying shitbag.

Nigger it's not possible to look more underage.

get a haircut

Itll go away on its own, at least it did for me
I was a hideous fucking creature and I still am, but no pimples at all
On the other hand a friend of mine got the acne really bad and went to a dermatologist and while they went away I don“t think it did any good for his skin

accutane

what age did u get acne and what age did it end? I dont want to take accutane as i dont have cystic acne and dont want skin damage from it.

This helped me:
don't eat candies and sugars, don't drink soda and calories at all
don't eat too much fat (try to get it from plants mainly)
don't eat spicy food
But if you're only 18 it can take some years before it's gone.

Puberty generally ends early 20's and you are at your peak biological fitness at 25.

Check out the subreddit skincareaddiction. Yea yeah I know it's plebbit but they have some good advice which i used myself

I know what can sort this - may take a week or so.
Sounds weird but it WILL work.
Wake up every morning and go into the shower. Piss on your hands and rub it all over your face especially the acne - and then take a shower. Wash your face last so the urine can sit on your face for a few minutes, but make sure you rinse it off before you leave the shower. Go about your day as normal. Make sure you drink plenty of water and eat sensibly and then do the same thing tomorrow. You should notice a difference after a couple days which will motivate you to keep going

Should be major changes after a week of doing this. I still do it when I can and my skins never looked better. Obviously keep it a secret too

Take accutane ASAP, you'll clear in no time. Don't have insurance? Get insurance. Order it online if you absolutely need to. Start with small doses.

Why don't you stay there if you like it so much faggot.

Looks like advanced milia, a yeast infection

>take accutane
>hands dried and they hurt
>lips dried and they fucking hurt
>but acne is finally going away
So is it worth it? Fuck yes, just take the shit my man there's no better solution.

No. Cockroaches, Twinkies, and your fucking forehead are all that would be left after a nuclear holocaust.

The obvious answer is Accutane. You'll hate your life for 3-4 months and it's incredibly irritating, but it's worth it in the long run.

However, if that's not feasible (insurance, cost, etc.), this will clear in 1-2 years. Maintenance isn't always just using products, it's also dependent on your water intake and what kind of diet you have. I looked the same exact way freshman year of college, because I was drinking a lot, eating like absolute shit, and not taking care of myself. I fixed that by eating cleaner, regularly washing myself and clothes, and acne was pretty minimal.

Salt soap is a better option than piss.
Salt dries pimples very effectively

The thing I'm using right now and is one of the only things that's actually done something contains tee tree oil and zincidone. Seriously since I've started using it a couple months back I had maybe one or two outbreaks, compared to every couple of days. It's for general cleansing, I use it two times a day on a cleaned face.

The other things that helps against inflammed acne is, no clue how it's called in english (camphor ichtyol?) , but is made of Camphora racemica 2 g, ichthammolum 8 g, zinci oxidum 24 g in 100 g. I apply it to raging red spots that hurt and in two days it makes them dissapear and additionaly hides them a bit.

lol you probably found out Jow Forums recently yourself and try to get in with the hurr durr Jow Forums is best

I usefully get them if my hair touches my forehead

this is the only solution besides meme chemicals
vitamin d supplements will make dead skin go through the roof btw

I had bad acne during my teenage years and it got a lot better and manageable in my 20s.

Also I noticed a correlation between constant fapping and having acne. When I fapped a lot I had oily skin and more breakouts.

>tfw 25 and still get acne

It's actually the red marks that result afterward but there's no bigger confidence killer than this

do it user ive seen this shit work wonders

Can confirm, nothing worked till I got on accutane in high school, just ask a dermatologist about it. You'll be dry as fuck though, so you'll have to moisturize twice a day.

Stop washing your face with soap, only use water or something designed for your face.

Im 25 and my acne has only just started to slow down. However its still here.

If you don't want to go to a derm and get a prescription, try ProActiv 3-step system. Totally and completely worked for me. Get it on ebay to try out so you don't have to sign up for monthly shipments.
