Top needs to be longer, faded closer on the sides so the sides are a straight line up and down since right now it looks like a mushroom. The problem with that is it has to be consistently cut on the sides. When you get the sides faded and feathered out make sure they don't bring the fade too far up and hug the curve of your head or you'll end up with a high and tight instead of what is essentially a higher bald taper.
