IIRC L-Citrulline gets converted to L-Arginine and increases L-Arginine levels greater than supplementation of L-Arginine itself.

Never noticed any benefit from taking that shit, only benefit i noticed was from taking fish oil (Joints felt so much better) and Vitamin D, which cleared my skin and i feel healthy on it (3k UI a day).

Whenever I would walk into the lecture and then see eyes turning towards me I would turn red and have a very high heartrate and start sweating profusely. I couldn't talk to girls at all and walking outside on the street was already nerve wracking. When I started taking it over the course of 3 months the symptoms started reducing gradually, I stopped taking it because it needs to be cycled, after the 3 months that I used it my symptoms were much less and although they came back a little bit because I wasn't using ashwagandha or ginkgo anymore, it was still a big improvement. I also notice I can talk with people easier and I feel more confident. If it's of any use I took 1 Tebonin Forte in the morning and 2 NOW Foods Ashwagandha both in the morning and evening.

Is Gotu Kola the same thing as Ashwagandha or Ginkgo Biloba? No. But it is also an adaptogenic and could help with anxiety. I think long term usage has a bad effect on the liver though, and gotu kola offers little benefits outside of its adaptogenic properties.

Thats why even on the box it says to take a rest from it every two weeks to body to reset the levels.

Apparently it's better for a pump. I use Argenine for working out as it helps with a pump but Citruline metabolizes in the body to Argenine so I've read it is better. No idea if it helps for sex related stuff though
