What is oatmeal good for?

Oats are good before morning lift. 60g quick oats, 10g brown sugar, water. 55 seconds in microwave. Eat as fast as possible and get to the gym.

Low in calories and high in dietary fiber so it aids in digestion and lowers LDL.

recipe

1 cup rolled oats
2 cups water
Throw in pickle jar
Wait 6 hours
Stir
Drain excess water
Eat

40g oatmeal
300g water
2tbps soisauce

So much bitching about oats lately on fit. It used to be the staple food. And now people don't like it, why? Because its a grain? Oats are amazing dude, insane nutrition and energy release.

what is it about oats? i can't stop eating them. I never even bother cooking them I just dump them in a bowl and pour cold water over them and drop in some liquid stevia extract to sweeten and shovel them into my face as fast as i can after they soften a bit in the fridge.. is this a pathology? should I be institutionalized perhaps?

Leave that shit in the fridge overnight and you have the perfect breakfast waiting for you.

GOAT shake/cereal:
2 cups oats
1 bigass tbsp of PB
Couple squirts of honey
Milk
fruit to taste, i prefer berries.

An oatmeal mixup I've been going with is nutmeg and vanilla.

Does anyone remember Jow Forums pancakes? Does anyone still eat them? I eat them all the time. I heavily modified the recipe to make the texture and taste better.

300g oats
680g egg whites
680g fat free cottage cheese
2 T. cinnamon
1 T. baking powder
1 T. almond extract or vanilla
1 tsp salt

Puree with an immersion blender and make pancakes.

Makes 6 servings for me. 331 calories. 46g carbs 4g fat 29g protein. You can make them with whole eggs and/or whole cottage cheese if you need more calories. The original recipe was a bulking food.

1 cup of hit water

2 cup semi skim milk
/stir
Cook on low heat whilst I have morning shit
2 teaspoon chinese five spice (makes it taste like liquorice)
2 teaspoon brown sugar
/stir
Let cool and eat, cook 2 soft boiled eggs whilst doing this to finish.

Cheap and easy, has fiber, has some protein.
But also has a lot of carbs.

Time to rise and shine...

100g Oats
Fill cup with Oat Milk until everything is drowned.
Wait between 1-12h, eat.
Eat this 3 times a day, you should nees 1l Oat Milk per day

Steel rolled mustard rice. Glycemic index of 42. 55 and under are considered low GI and won't spike insulin.

Makes you feel full longer. Getting low-GI food like steel-cut and fiber allows you to later eat high-GI foods like rice without spiking insulin.

Bonus it makes your cum smell sweet if you eat lots of oats and no coffee/tea/soda/etc.
