I'm an alcoholic and used to drink 6-15 beers daily.

To stop the beer cravings, I found it helped eating a big meal of whatever as long as it's got a shitload of protein and vegetables. E.g. 2 steaks and a bunch of potatoes+other veg, or a shitload of chicken+veg.

The junk food cravings you'll have to deal with yourself. I already developed gallstones as a result of my shitty lifestyle and so cant eat junkfood cause its high fat.
