while using body english on heavy rows is a common technique amongsome powerlifters (who, i might add, usually have big deadlifts. guys like ed coan, chris duffin, cailer woolam, etc) you take it too far. your back feels good because it's not doing anything. you're doing like a weird half clean. op please learn how to actually do cheat rows

You're using momentum which doesn't work your muscles nearly as much. Stop the ego lifting, drop the weight and use stricter form.
Lad what the fuck is that. Slow down. You risk a bicep tear by yanking on the bar so fast without pulling the slack out.
