Yes. Why dont you actually Google it instead of asking Jow Forums? Probably won't get meme'd that way.
It's a Japanese meme, designed to sell weebs more of their Fukushima tea.
I hear green tea is made of onions and turns you into a women.
Gween tea
Slightly increases fat oxidation; if you're at a caloric deficit, a greater portion of weight loss comes from fat instead of muscle/glycogen. Gives about a 100 calorie boost if 270mg of EGCg (green tea extract; roughly 4x that of a cup of tea) is taken per day.
I hear the same about horse semen. Probably why you're lookin a little girly these days, pal.
I should also specify that it's effective when combined with caffeine. Unknown how effective it is without it.
Knew a latvian biological enzyme phd student and she swore by it and had a pot of it every day.
>horse semen
>not being an A+ Test supp
Enjoy your no gainz. I meanwhile will be using my massive new forearms to jerk off horses and guzzle down pure test.
I dont know but i feel really relaxed when i have a cub of green tea
Anyone Yerba mate here?
Yes. First off, caffeine is good for you. Secondly, green tea has what are called catechins, which are healthy. When in doubt, check PictureFit.
It's all fucking leaf water user. No calories, some caffeine, range of flavours. Drink it if you like it. The only reason someone would suggest it helps in weight loss is because they normally drink a gallon of sugar water.
Mein neggar. Literally drinking terere with a splash of grapefruit right now. Was just about to invest in coffee equipment but after a week of mate I committed to it instead and bought a gourd and learned how to prepare it a lot better. No regrets either. Cleanest, calmest energy i've found. I always thought it was the caffeine doing it, but when i read it has less than coffee i almost spat out my drink (which was mate at the time). I think it's all the b vitamins and polyphenols or something.
There isn't much difference between green tea and blacker teas, healthwise, but all/most types of tea claim health benefits.
2nd healthiest drink after water and zero sugar. i drink about 8 cups of gunpowder green tea a day(reusing the same leaves all day)
SAUCE ON MILK TRUCK
>8 cups
nigga thats too much
~1.6L which is less than the 2L of water we're suppose to drink a day and tea is literally all in drink
can you show sources?
>reusing green tea leaves seven times
Jesus Christ, I can't handle the bitterness after the second.
3 times, i have an infuser that hold 2 cups and i only steep for 2 mins. i've never found it bitter
You've got shit tea.
I'm not trying to offend you, you really have tea of the lowest quality.
I really can't explain why but the leaves I get from trusted stores are NEVER bitter unless you leave them in the water stupidly long. But the flavour is there.
On the other hand, every tea that I ve bought from the supermarket is always bitter, sometimes more sometimes less but they are always more bitter and less flavoursome than whole leaves of high quality.
My favourite green teas are kukicha and fukamushicha. You should try them and you should also try a smoked lapsang.
No offence taken, but I think you misread something. I'm not finding tea bitter when I make a cup, it's the reusing aspect. And specifically with green tea. I'm not adverse to reusing puerh, oolong, or some blacks, but any time I've attempted to resteep a green tea of any variety (maybe not a hojicha or genmaicha), I've found them to become offensively bitter if done more than once. So I was taken aback by what I assumed was seven resteeps of a green tea.
L-theanine yo
Life is too short to chug this weak piss every day. Tea and coffee have similar benefits and are actually nice to drink.
>Tea and coffee have similar benefits
lol no, also when you drink tea you look smart and full grace and elegance.
when you drink coffee you look...american
This is the most metrosexual post on Jow Forums right now
Sips is the ultimate drink, after it coffee and tea
Based sipper
Might be the water temperature you are using. Green teas need to be brewed at 165 -170.
If you're interested in green tea for health benefits, check out white tea. White tea is like green tea with more of everything good, and it's easier to brew.
Don't buy shitty tea bags either
