My favorite unpopular Pokemon is seedot. I also really love Gengar, cloyster and my favorite of all time is Dragonite. Competitive Pokemon is pretty stale right now so I hope that the 2019 game will refresh the entire metagame without powercreep. i'd rather have them nerf mins than add stronger ones.

Well, making a competitive scene out of a game based around stats, levels and evolutions is just doomed to get a really harsh meta. There will always be a minority of Pkmn way stronger than the rest.

That's fair, but it could easily be improved if Game Freak would get it's shit together. Unfortunately it will forever be a children's game that the makers will only put the slightest amount of effort into as it comes to game theory.

For instance, buffing ice type or not making an entire generation of Pokemon far too slow to be useful.
