Serratus Anterior

This.
Forearms turn on a woman more then you expect. Wear a flannel and roll it up and you'll get mirin looks everywhere

By underrated do you mean muscles that are undertrained?
If so, delts, forearms, calves, neck, serratus.

I agree.
Imagine if you had such forearms.

Rear Delts.

So many people neglect them and makes their overall shoulder development look retarded.

pectoralis minor

Spinal erectors

that dude's all neck tho, no offense but ur stupid

Serratus bros ww@

The best part about serratus isn't the sheer size of the muscle
The best part about serratus anterior is how a well-conditioned S.A. (as opposed to a passive S.A.) pulls the scapula from retraction (winged) into a neutral position, making your shoulder frame look naturally 200% better. Both men and women benefit greatly in their posture, both health-wise and aesthetically by a well-conditioned serratus anterior.

order of god tier muscies:
1. serratus
2. forearms
4. traps
5. bet you wondered where 3 went
3. why'd you look back there im right here
6. im gay

Pectoralis minor is underrated for good reason.
It's hidden beneath the pectoralis major and thus contributes minimally aesthetically.
The muscle's action is to pull the scapula downwards and tilt it forwards. The downward pull creatures pressure inside the shoulder joint where the nerves to the arm passes through. When I treat patients with numb hands, it is very often caused by pressure on the nerves at the shoulder joint caused by pectoralis minor trying to stabilize the shoulder due to serratus anterior being inactive as a stabilizor.
Pec. minor is also connected to the nerve system's fight/flight/freeze response, and prolonged activity in pec. minor can induce anxiety symptoms.
In other words, please don't train pectoralis minor excessively.

For exercising the serratus anterior as a shoulder stabilizer, see the post I made in another thread:

chest and lats combo small unaesthetic people say traps but the most basic shit is the best

how to condition?

Having a thick neck makes your face more attractive. I don't know about Jiren levels of thick but it works

literally above you:

Got the calves covered but have small wrists
>tfw both mom and dad are wristlet

How do I correct this? I routinely get numb hands and forearms, whats the best way to isolate my S.A?

rub it gently with your knuckles
look up its position and rub the tender spots.
You likely have a tight supraspinatus so look up how to message that one too

release pec minor first then think about the serratus anterior later

thread got deleted.
had good info.
sad.
