My shoulders are barely broader than my hips and due to exessive fat in the worst places, my upper body looks rectangular.
Is this physique attributed to long collar bones? Why does everyone find this so special?

Proper protein intake
Cut if you are a fat fuck, bulk if skelly.

cable lateral raise
cable facepulls
5x8-12 all
2-3 times a week
Steroids like test and tren give you extra muscle receptors so you will get wider bowling ball shoulders like the roider in your pic op

I did 3x8 for the first two months with as much rest as I needed. Then I just added more reps or more sets. I never went to the gym with the intention to get doms in my lats after training but sometimes it would happen.

How did you progress with weight? Did you do barbell or dumbbell shrugs?
I usually just use two 45's (3*15) but I'm not sure if that will achieve what I'm going for which is wider shoulders and bigger traps.
