how about flirting with women until they threaten to get the authorities involved?

Find an event in your area this weekend and go to it, and if you live in the sticks go fishing and bring beer and weed

Im just trying to lose weight while having fun, i cant into weights since its so boring and purposeless

I do this almost everyday and im gaining good muscle: 100 sit ups, 100 push ups, and use two 5 liter jugs as weights, take me 60 to 80 minutes to do it all, it works if you have the discipline.

urban exploring is pretty chill if you live in a city
lots of climbing and running

Start hiking. Lots of cuties depending on where you're at.

What are some of your interests?

Ride your bike. You can go fast and travel pretty fast if you want to in addition to being active. I love it.

Now? I just play video games and get drunk 24/7

I was thinking about a bike but what would I do/go? Just ride around? Maybe

have you tried dogging lad?

Get a job it helps loads plus you earn money

I usually just go for 6 to 8 mile trips that take me between 30 and 50 minutes. If you have a forest nearby you can go there. Just look for local bike routes.
Also leave the booze for the weekends. You'll feel better soon.

Me too.
I keep saying I'll go on bike rides, I keep saying I'll go to the local golf course to go hit a few balls for a couple of hours... I never get further than contemplating doing it though.
I don't even make any effort to socialise anymore.
I'll be fucking damned if I spend this whole summer inside again.

How do you feel about swimming? I mean it may not be appealing if you're pale but it's a great exercise. I know some public pools have lap lanes for those who just want to practice swimming. Otherwise, I'd suggest something like geocaching where you combine exercise (walking or hiking) with a potential reward and connection with a community.

Go hiking or geocaching

Going on bike rides is fun because you get to see lots of scenery and feel accomplished by going further and further

what gives me motivation is imagining myself five years from now giving in to my degenerate and lazy habits.

it's a terrifying image, and compels me enough to do my morning workout.

what if you're a sheltered neet your whole life who never learned how to ride a bike?

Oh I dunno, I actually forgot that was a thing you had to learn how to do. It's not hard, you just get on the seat while keeping one leg on the ground. Then, with the grounded leg, push off and start pedaling.

Ask your dad or some shit.
