Im 20 right now. I've been lifting pretty seriously for the past 2 years. Stick with it and make sure you're eating plenty. Even if you're not hungry you gotta get after it. Also C4 preworkout and creatine have done wonders for me

Full natty. Been on and off lifting for like 4 years. Been really serious for the last 2. Recently just finished GVT 10x10 and I cant recommend it enough. It's hard as fuck but will definitely give you the results you're looking for

Honestly I couldn't tell you. Not nearly enough though, I got pretty lazy when it came to counting macros. These days I'll have two meals a day consisting of chicken, beans and rice, and some other vegetable like greenbeans or broccoli. Also supplementing with creatine and Mass gaining powder. DB flys are it, go heavy, low and slow as you can for 10. At least 4 sets.
Fuck em. You can still dropset without a partner, you just have to rack the bar quickly pull a weight off each side and get back under it and start pushing weight. Not optimal, but doable.

Keep at it. You won't get amazing results after only a month. Eventually you'll notice muscular changes and you'll be obsessed from there on out.

Thanks, I do have good genetics for that kind of thing so I have to give credit to that. I try to keep things simple with bench/rows/pullups one day and deadlifts the next. Need to start OHP and buy myself a squat rack but I'm not worried about ever having skinny legs. Diet is just keto with some milk and berries after I lift to try and not stall on the lifts but its still hard compared to not being in permacut mode. Annoying having to wait so long to start making really good progress on the lifts again isn't it? You're doing good yourself man, keep it up.
