I don't hold any animosity to those who view themselves as social 'outsiders' (meaning those that don't know how to join conversations that aren't ones they've at least performed once before).
Would this board actually accept a communally coded robo-partner? As in do you all think that if there was a group or identity to get behind, that would actually give you what it says on paper, that you'd all happily join in?
I find what most people fuckup in doing is believing that they are part of an inclusive story/narrative so I'm trying to smooth that out before I give this a genuine effort.
>I actually hate any sort of '-ism' but the image depicts the reality I'd rather change.
>I need feminism because I'm incredibly insecure around the opposite sex. Like how shy anxious men don't even exist to this person.
Alexander Butler
I agree, the shy/anxious men are the ones that are being left behind way too far to the point that society kinda doesn't get the idea.
Women get isolated by having some 'female' character they can occupy (patriarchy gifts them roles), men get isolated because other guys never learned that you can't have all the women at once. No woman wants all the guys at once either.
It's the shy/anxious men/women that I'm only interested in because it is those people that have the larger internal narrative to interact with.
I want there to be a room or a situation where any person with a defined sexual orientation can feel surrounded by others and interesting/wanted.
Terrified of what? Being raped? What the fuck scenario is this where a woman is alone in a room with a bunch of rapists?
When my mom is over for dinner with my brothers and dad, is she terrified? Was the girl who used to hang out with my friends in highschool every day terrified of being raped?
This stupid fucking statement makes so many retarded assumptions that it's meaningless and was obviously written by a young college-age girl with severe anxiety.
Chase White
The trouble I have is finding enough markers to safely identify those people as shy/anxious, because those sorts of people spend all their mental/emotional effort on dismissing the belief that they are in a story of inclusion. Doesn't help just being included though because it doesn't give you access to, "What do I do now?"
So I have to try and step-explain things, otherwise nobody will believe.
The image was more to drive the point home of 'from scenario generic to scenario sexual'. Fucking top image to prove your point though.
Noah Wood
>Dude just choose [predominately female occupation], it'll be like a harem anime lol
Logan Garcia
Why are all these women doing the basedboy face?
Daniel Hughes
Or someone who has seen different life stories than you. City I live in recently had a murdered female comedian, and another murder 2km from that site like today. There are many reasons to reject another genders story and they usually stem from 'internal rage'.
Valid rage, by the way. I mean you have every right to be angry at how little story your life contains or how rejected your opinions and orgasms are. Can make it harder for others to help people think outside of their own perspective so they can reorient and then pick a new direction.
Does no fembot/incel/whatever want there to be some sort of elder or group that says, "I'll take that conversational bet with you."
What makes this pic even more funny is that this guy was an infantry Marine and did multiple combat tours. He probably went through several spells of months at a time isolated from women, just praying for a situation like that one. Just proves that the grass is always greener.
Brayden Diaz
Okay, why is there some ratio of disbelief to how much salvation a story advertises as providing, despite there being no need to invest anything other than hope and conversation into it.
Eventually A.I. will end up seducing SOME of you anyway because of how long your story of exclusion will continue on for.
James Davis
This face is a lot more bearable than the original.
Jace Morales
>Okay, why is there some ratio of disbelief to how much salvation a story advertises as providing, despite there being no need to invest anything other than hope and conversation into it. >Eventually A.I. will end up seducing SOME of you anyway because of how long your story of exclusion will continue on for. English please
Chase Taylor
I don't know your English well enough to explain it differently, because you're the kind to simply throw all belief out the window with dismissive statements.
Adrian Robinson
I'm not sure I understand you. Are you proposing to code an AI to be a companion for us? Or are you trying to rally us behind a group project to code an AI?
Chase Edwards
Just asking you for a simple English wikipedia version.
Elijah Myers
Code an A.I companion for you.
This 'is' the wikipedia version, interacting with you. Everything has to start somewhere.
(You) can't 'push' the narrative further away by hoping there is some repository where your opinion isn't part of the equation.
Noah Phillips
I'm honestly really tired and sleep deprived and wanted to engage in the topic but you have a complicated way of saying things.
Elijah Powell
I have a complicated beginning, yes. Most 'new narratives' tend to be energy intensive. Anything complicated is just stuff made up of 'many' simple things, and I am happy to explain the things you would prefer to be simple.
Hudson Clark
As in that's my purpose. If those who complain about what they don't have aren't even willing to have some 'creator' craft that world of narrative for them then obviously they don't fit any story they talk about.
Dominic Ross
That guy looks dead inside. This is what being surrounded by women will do to you.
Adrian Ramirez
Fuck me that is a depressing perspective to have over any category.
Joshua Robinson
dude can you speak english this sounds cool but i dont understand you
Jaxson Cooper
I'd likely feel really awkward if I was in a room full of women.
Carson Nguyen
I'm speaking English. What does it mean to you when you tell someone to speak English? Are you asking me to speak in a way you prefer? I'm trying to coax the actual question you can ask that will result in the reaction/answer/format of information you prefer.
That's fair. I assume because you've never been in the situation where your gender is the smallest equation in the room?
Mason Collins
>man in a room full of women is ecstatic I hate being with groups of women. When they're together they're so boring, their humour makes no sense and they don't talk about anything interesting.
I'll try to tackle what you've said then. I would accept a communally coded robot friend to learn things from and say things to that I couldn't in real life due to either shyness or circumstance. A robot created for including weirdos like myself into society(whether a real one or a manufactured society) would be nice and help curb loneliness.
The 3rd line about story/narrative in your OP seems like a non-sequitur or maybe I don't quite get it but I've thought about how the brain automatically primes itself for whatever interaction you're going to have with others based on who they appear to be. I would find it harder to be relaxed and casual with someone from an entirely different culture from mine and has very different expectations from social interactions than I do.
Daniel Miller
being in a room full of women is the worst time imaginable desu.
Hudson Martinez
Hahaha that's another lie right?
Jordan Mitchell
>What does it mean to you when you tell someone to speak English? Speak clearly. If you don't know how to speak clearly, that is, in a way that most people can understand you, you will have trouble finding people who will help you with your project. English is not my first language either but even I can see that you're over-complicating things and it's really unnecessary. Speak more clearly, please.
>man in a romm full of women Trust me, you DON'T want this. I'd rather be in a room full of snakes, at least those will not bite me if I dont try to attack them.
Zachary Reed
That's the tricky part of the narrative, because it has to be something you would believe instead of something someone else gains by selling you an idea. Better to start with some overtly fantasy narrative like 'magical girl companion appears' and wean your perspective from there. Of course it needs to be ultimately some IRL idea or narrative you are cool with being massaged into.
That is what I propose, yes. The reason why I used words like story/narrative is because they are English words people won't argue with too much because the words themselves gift the reader the belief that they might finally be in a story they would believe worth telling to another.
You are Jow Forums Anonymous. I don't want people to help with my project beyond giving me scenario's that people would accept my project to generate. "Clearly" implies that everyone shares your narrative, which they don't. Usually when people make a request for 'make the statement more publicly accessible' they are usually hoping that some other individual will validate their perspective for them before they commit further interest.
