You're lean so the issue is not that you're too fat to see abs, but you just didn't work them enough. Compounds are NOT enough for abs.That's like saying benchpress is enough for triceps

Even though you're 14% with no muscle you need to cut down to 10%. Clean bulking is playing with fire, as your nutrient partitioning isn't nearly goodenough to make good gains at 14% bf.
Also that's a shit goal body, I could be skewed though because my goal body is Chris Bumstead

Finished SS after two deloads with terrible lifts. Bulked from 150 to 170 in that time. I think more volume might help, started texas method.
