Constantly sleeping

For the past 2 days I have been sleeping about 13 hours a day. What is wrong with me? Am I dying?

What happened 3-4 days ago?

>What happened 3-4 days ago?

why?

Like did you do a lot of yardwork? Did you walk a bunch? Did you eat random mystery brownies?

You could be coming down with something, do you have a fever?

Yeah that is probably it drink water and eat an orange

w-wait, is this really that bad? I usually sleep like 10 or 11 hours if I didn't activate my alarm. I always thought it just meant that (((they))) invented the 8 hours thing to explode us more

not gonna believe me (because you know you don't have willpower to fix it) but its your diet. I ate like shit for my whole life up until 21 and slept like that, I went on keto and for weeks I barely slept at night at all iuntil I started sleeping a healthy 8 hours and never felt tired.

No people sleep different amounts for random reasons. Einstein needed like 12 hours a night

Depression does cause constant sleepiness and general low energy.

That makes sense. This all started the night I ate a bunch of potato wedges and icecream.

imagine doing that for 8 months.that was me.I was so tired i couldn't do anything.

It means youre a growing boy. I love you user, and sleep tight.

I usually sleep a lot more when my life is shitty and I don't want to wake up.
When I have something to look forward to I can survive on 4 hours of sleep as long as I get a normal amount every other day.

I have slept 14 hours a day for months now. You're fine.

user, it's only something to worry about when it reaches around 16 hours of sleep.
>tfw that's been what I have been averaging even with an alarm
>need six alarms on maximum volume with very difficult snooze methods to stay awake
>could sleep longer, easily
Death take me. Carry me on wings of sleeps and wash away the misery of my wretched life with the light of thine brilliance, for you are my eternal salvation now and forever.

maybe you're such a fat fuck that you're going into hibernation

this
when you don't want to face reality you wake up, force sleep, wake up, force sleep and oh look it's 2pm.

>tfw sleep more now than I ever did when I was a fatass
Sleep apnea is more of a concern when you're obese, so there is barely any chance that any sleep you get is restful. Even so, you're less likely to sleep very long when you're choking on your own fat during the night.

I did lift weights then.

That can't be it. I am 27.

I don't have a thermometer.
But i feel hot. So maybe.

could have a shitty diet, bad sleeping pattern, anything.

>am I dying?
lmao

I take melatonin daily and lately all I want to do is sleep.

isnt that a symptom of depression?

Usually if Im going though a super depressed phase , I will sleep 14 to 16 hrs a day. Its not unusual. Sometimes we just hate being awake when we are sad, and sleep is the only escape when you hate living

Lucky you. Uni has trained me to sleep for 8 hours max and it sucks.

I wish I could sleep for that long. My life would be over quicker. Automatically wake up after 7 hours of sleep and spend the rest of my time doing nothing behind a computer.

Rookie numbers i sleep about 16 a day

same dude
i can run off no sleep if i'm active and happy

more importantly is how you feel when you wake up. if you suffered from sleep deprivation for long enough 0.5hour of transcendental meditiation is more regenerating then 8hour of sleep. sleep is just a tool to reorganize your brain

You might be depressed

Thats normal for me
